Food was yummy - but the service 👎🏼

I’m not one to usually say “don’t come here”, but… don’t come here.

My mom and I placed an mobile order through the app and dined inside.

Ordered hushpuppy shrimp - went inside and there was a sign that said no more hushpuppy shrimp :(. I thought, “okay. things happen.” I told the manager that I ordered shrimp and he just stared at me and said “yeah”. I proceeded to tell him I wanted a chicken sandwich instead and he walked off to start our order without a word. Didn’t even adjust the price of our order.

Got our order 3 mins later, nice! Forgot our two drinks. Not so nice. Called after the manager and he literally just walked away. Had to ask a different staff member. Sat down to eat - only to find out, they forgot our fries. Sent my mom up to the counter where she told the manager and he didn’t say a word, quickly handed her the fries and walked off again with no apology.

My mom was right… we should’ve went for KFC...

This place takes the "fast" out of "fast food" - but definitely not in a good way. Ordering took about 15 minutes, longer than some of the lines for roller coasters at Six Flags from where we just came.

Waiting for food took even longer. If I wanted a 45 minute food "experience", I certainly wouldn't choose to do so in the stiflingly-hot lobby of a "fast" food establishment.

They were out of so many different items. Unhappy customers were streaming back into the restaurant concerned about missing items or, in one case, an order that was apparently completely forgotten. Many customers seemingly only received their orders upon complaining, without regard to where they were in the queue.

The food is the only saving grace; when it's eventually given to you it is tasty. If you are craving fast food fried chicken, save yourself the trouble by doing the U-turn and...

You’d think this place would be amazing, considering it just opened and looks brand new, but I’d only find that I was completely wrong. This establishment is very mismanaged. I first approached the drive through with high hopes, but the screen had a printed paper on it that said they were taking cash only. I thought this odd, a well known fast food chain taking cash? Well naturally I brushed it off. I order a chicken sandwich, asking for cheese. They tell me that they don’t carry cheese. Alright that’s fine, I asked for lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup. They don’t carry lettuce and tomato, and they can only give me a plain chicken sandwich with mayonnaise! I wasn’t aware that the sandwich was going to be this plain and when you bite into the chicken it’s just a pool of grease. So if you’re looking for a deluxe chicken sandwich. I guess just go...
