The short review in 2 words: SLOW and UNDERSTAFFED
The long review of my most recent visit:
I made my order through the Taco Bell app. From the parking lot, I indicated that I was there. I went into the Taco Bell, and there was no one at the front counter. I stood there for about 5 minutes, waiting for my order, when someone finally came up and asked if I had been helped. I told them that I made my order through the app, and was waiting for my food. The employee said that you have to tell us when you are here so that we can check you in, to start working on your order. I have not had to do that at other Taco Bells. So my order got delayed. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes until my food finally came, because this Taco Bell only has 3-4 people working and they prioritize the drive-thru first. This was my 4th visit to this Taco Bell since it opened earlier this year. It has always been very slow, and the employees not very courteous. I do not have this problem at other locations. Until they fix their operation, I will refrain from purchasing from this location.
I agree with another reviewer, this is the slowest Taco Bell location that I have ever eaten at.
Also, I noticed that this location is a franchise owned by Pacific Bells, Inc. So I checked on their web site, and they own over 100 Taco Bell locations, mostly in other states. However, the Taco Bell locations that I usually go to, that are fast and courteous, do not display that, so are probably not owned or trained by...
Read moreOnly one pointedly negative experience here that I felt was under-addressed. In all other respects, very excellent quality execution of the Taco Bell model. It is a relatively young store. If memory serves, I dont think it was yet there when the buehler's plaza first went up. The only fast food on that block being Sonic for a long time. This store has a bit higher prices than others in stark county. I've been told it is owed to where the franchising license lies. Jackson is an affluent area, therefore more expensive.
Food is always good quality and comparatively on the more-generous side of the established recipes. Sometimes you'll get an item from another store that will feel wimpy and under-filled. That is not often the case here which is a major selling point. It is geographically closest to my home and among those that stay open the latest. 3am most nights. Very useful for a day-off '4th meal' binges when you are in the overnight/3rd shift workforce. There aren't many options these days at that hour, but Tbell always hits. RIP BYO Cravings Box, forever in our hearts. 🙏 CRUNCH WRAP SUPREME WITH...
Read moreTHEY AGE DISCRIMINATED ME!!! I used to love this taco bell because it has the best tasting food and the cleanest restaurant out of all the taco bells near me. Now the taco bell won't serve me, a 17 year old, and my 15 year old friend because everyone under the age of 16 must now be with an adult in order to be served. I called their phone number to talk about it and the lady on the phone was VERY rude to me and treated me like an idiot. She told me that "if I have an issue with it to bring it up with my friends at Jackson High School". I do not attend Jackson High School and this is age discrimination. I will NOT be eating at that Taco Bell, or any Taco Bell until they change their rules. To the rude lady on the phone, hope you feel good about yelling at a 17 and...
