Do not eat at this place, even if you have a dining pass. I went here at the end of April. Spent $50 bucks, and for $50 bucks you would expect okay food, at least McDonald's or KFC quality. This is dollar store quality. And do not listen to the local guides, they are possibly paid by the park to give a 5 star rating. I am not being paid. Here is the reality.
The chicken tenders were dry and not fresh at all. Sure, they use real chicken, but what is the point when it is not fresh and dry, and makes you sick. Same with the fries, absolutely dry and once again, they use actual potatoes but what is the point when it is old and not fresh?
I contacted the park about it, and they could care less. They sent me to a website with their other restaurants, which do not have the actual names of the restaurant, or a menu, or price or anything useful. Go on the rides, do not eat a thing there...you will be ripped off and not even be given quality. Yeah, it is a theme park, but then parks used to have quality products. Nathan's for example...right next to the amusement park...
And six flags did once have decent food...I have been to six flags many times, and this is the worst dining experience I have ever had anywhere so far. Six...
Read morethe gentleman named sham was extremely rude to me. I cannot believe it. I came in for physics day with a meal voucher and when I asked the cashier what comes in the voucher sham started speaking. I was not aware he was speaking to me. At the same time the cashier was also speaking to me. At this point I just asked the cashier to reiterate what comes in it when suddenly sham cut me off and said to me in a very rude tone "I already told you but you weren't listening. So listen now it either comes with a burger or chicken tenders. I need to train someone right now and I cant have someone like you holding me up." I was completely taken off guard. I simply responded as "Sir please do not talk to me in a disrespectful manner I have showed nothing but respect for your staff." The cashier was an extremely nice gentleman and he apologized for what sham said. The food was ok but some pretty bad...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I placed a mobile order for a grilled chicken Caesar salad. I waited 20+ minutes for the notification that it was ready for pickup. I go inside and it isn't clear where to pick it up. There's a sign for mobile pickup, but nothing is there aside from an empty heated cart. I ask an employee for help and she tells me to check the fridge. Turns out I waited 20+ minutes for a premade salad, they gave me no utensils or dressing, and the chicken was the driest chicken you can imagine. Thankfully I didn't pay since it was from my all-season dining plan. What a horrible experience at a park that is going...
