Disappointing Service Every Time

I really wanted to like this place because the food and boba are actually pretty good, but the service is consistently terrible. I went in at 1:21 PM and didn’t get my drink until 1:53 PM. I timed it because the wait is always ridiculous, and I was curious how long it actually takes—over 30 minutes for one drink!

I wasn’t the only one frustrated either. Another customer was there so long she went to get her toes done and still had time to spare before her order was ready. Someone else asked for a refund. It’s a pattern, not a one-time thing.

To make it worse, I saw one of the workers come back in from a smoke break and go right back to handling orders without washing his hands. At one point, he had his fingers in his mouth—completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a place serving food and drinks.

This place desperately needs new staff who care about cleanliness and customer service. I’ve given them multiple chances, and something is always wrong. Good drinks aren’t enough to make up for bad service and...

Wow! I recently had the pleasure of dining at BobaHutt in Jackson Ohio. I was traveling from Florida to Ohio, stopped for gas, when I stumbled upon this gem. My family of five all had a boba tea and they were made perfectly! Sooo good! I wasn’t hungry but I HAD to have something off their menu…I choose the shrimp Vietnamese spring rolls. Delicious! They also had great selection of food that my young children enjoyed (tater tots and hot dogs)

In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting a local that spoke highly of the establishment and gave me some her favorite selections (and secret sauces lol). I also met the owner Quan (forgive me if I spelled wrong). Both of them and the wonderful employees made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Nonetheless, this place was a 5/5 and I highly recommend taking a jump out of your comfort zone to try some amazing flavor...

This was my first time going to this restaurant/place and I was a little baffled at how big it was on the inside! I had no idea it was not only a boba place but also a restaurant WITH a nail salon on the inside! Woah! Honestly a pretty neat idea for a business because people could probably get/do multiple things at once.

I will admit that I didn’t get any food food if you catch my drift, I just came solely to try the boba tea. This was only my second time having boba tea but the person running the register, who made my drink, was super polite and helpful in suggesting and telling me more about some of the boba tea flavors. Absolutely loved the drink by the way. And thank you for being so kind and courteous! I’m definitely going to remember this place the next time I’m in...
