Ordered one meal to go from this location. I believe they were training someone last night, which wasn't the problem, but just the sheer amount of things wrong with my order. Wait times were horrible, but they were backed up and training, so I get it. Ordered a chicken sandwich, a salad with blue cheese, and guacamole. The trainee came to the car with my food after almost an hour wait, and told me that they were out of guacamole and baked potato soup. I let her know that I didn't order soup, and asked for the salsa to replace the guacamole after she didn't offer a solution- I had to prompt her to do so. After inspection of the bag, I discovered there was no dressing for the salad. I informed her of this when she returned with both salsa and guacamole, which had somehow been magically produced. She told me that was because they were out, and to have a good night- again offering no solution. I asked for some ranch and she agreed to go get it, but came back with an open container due to the fact that she couldn't close it properly because of her nails- her words, not mine. I tried to close the lid and even put it in a separate bag for stability, but the inevitable happened and when I got back to my hotel, the ranch had spilled from the container, broken through the bag, and gotten everywhere- so no dressing for my salad. I tried to just eat it anyway, but there was brown lettuce throughout. The guacamole was underseasoned, so I didn't enjoy that. I also received loaded mashed potatoes that I didn't order. I won't be back as I threw away the majority of the food. Read moreI arrived to the restaurant around 8:00pm last nite. I came to place a to-go order and I didn’t get my order placed until 8:30... mind you everyone else inside had already placed an order. Also, they let the phone ring nonstop for like 30 minutes, meaning other customers were being denied business because they were too lazy to answer the phone. So anyway, I waited for almost 50 mins, because I didn’t receive my order until 9:11pm... I ordered to go for a reason; for that long of a wait I could have sat down and ate inside. When I got home and rechecked my food, I noticed that I was missing both of my sides from my order. But while I waited inside, employees were laughing and playing in the kitchen the whole time. One customer voiced his concerns about their slow moving and letting the phone constantly ring. and a female worker said to shut the f*ck up because no one was closing chili’s. I just really think it’s unprofessional and unacceptable how they function as a restaurant and how they treat guests who are supporting their business. If you’re going to play and talk on the clock, the least you can do is get the guests orders right, without giving them attitude. I called up to the store today asking to just get my money back for the sides and I was told no by the manager... the least I could do was get my money for the sides... not the whole meal. The young lady who answered the phone was nice but there was another lady in the background whom she asked a question about my curbside order who was very rude. After trying to place my order for curbside over the phone I was instructed to do it online so I did. Once I placed the order online a text message told me what time my food would be ready. The message prompted me to text "here" when I arrived so I did. After 15 minutes of my food being late I called the restaurant to ask if my food was reading the same rude lady told me yes ma'am your food is ready why didn't you ring the doorbell to let me know you were outside . Mind you this is my first time using Chilis curbside which I assumed was like any other curb side where the greeter comes out to greet you at the car. But the lady rudely told me over the phone that I should have a wrong the doorbell otherwise she never would've knew I was outside but she will bring my food out to me .
