Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Summit Township

We should've been suspicious of this place as soon as pulled in......Friday evening and a completely empty parking lot. We actually thought it was closed. But it was in fact open. We walked I and not a sole inside except 2 employees. We were greeted and immediately told that they did not have any steak or chicken for any of the sandwiches on their menu. That eliminated more than half of the non-breakfast sandwiches on the menu. That was a disappointment to me as I was eyeing a item that had steak. So, I ordered a Turkey bacon club on a pretzel bun. After we paid for our order I was told that they were also out of pretzel buns and I had to choose something different. I ended up having the sandwich on a bagel. This place is being neglected by the by the lack of training the employees are receiving and the physical plant itself, most notably the duct tape holding together the ice cream case cover. We will not be going back...

My boyfriend and I went here for the very first time today. I've been curious to try it but the reviews have steered me. We wanted to get a treat for the family and my nieces, and the lady was extremely impatient and rude! Then another blonde girl came from the back and was disrespectful and over all didn't want to be there. My nieces asked what sizes they had and the girl responded with "the three sizes in front of your face." She made plenty of rude comments and it ruined us ever coming back. Very disappointed with the service, but the ice cream was good. I can confidently say DO NOT go here and I will definitely not be going back EVER!!! I will be calling and complaining...

Very frustrating to order from here when the lobby is CLOSED in the middle of the day (4pm right now..) They expect you to order your ice cream from the drive thru but you can’t see the flavors or toppings at all… also there is NO POINT in ordering a vegan friendly Silk chocolate milkshake when you make your milkshakes with dairy milk and don’t offer non dairy milk… very disappointing.
