ATTENTION TO MANAGEMENT
Hours say close at 9pm, arrived at 830 for 1 pizza after work. Doors were locked upon driving over the pick up window sensor (which i found weird). The clerk & the floor employee made it VERY obvious to ignore me and probably hoped I'd drive away. Tried to give them benefit of doubt, maybe they were busy, but the store was empty, I was the only one in line so its hard for me to think otherwise. Especially busting the clerk making eye contact with me twice who did not acknowledge until the second time. By that time it was almost 850. These employees are closing early and trying to refuse orders. He had the nerve to ask if I needed help (clearly mad at the thought of making another pie)after sitting at the window for over 20 minutes watching them do absolutely nothing. I just told them to have a good night, because clearly they were just done for the night, no matter if they still were on the clock for another 30 mins or not. But also makes me wonder how many times this has happened? I refused the help after waiting because frankly I was angry at their motivation to work and I don't want nobody messing with my food because they're mad they have to make another order. Make closing hours at 8 on weekdays if they need all that extra time for nightly duties. Employees like these will be the reason why this place goes down. Apparently they don't care about their job very much, but I'm hoping management sees this because it's ultimately their responsibility to make sure things go smooth. These employees don't care, they just want a Paycheck for nothing. And I hate to say it but the owner is gonna have to pay for these mistakes some time or another. They are risking YOUR livelihood as an owner. I hope this is noticed by the right eyes, because their profit margin may depend on it. I'm just saying. I drove by again today (friday) with nobody in the drive thru, and absolutely NO desire for that pizza today. I went to dominos instead. Kinda makes you wonder how many others in this tiny town have thought and did...
Read moreThe crazy bread tasted as if it was past the pull time from the warmer. Was also in the bag upside down. It's an easy fix, but still.
Did the stuffed crust pizza. Advertised as hot and ready during the hours I was there. But I did have to order. Cook time was about twice as long as quoted. ( they were busy). Sadly, I guess I'm not a personal fan of Little Ceasars pizza at this time. I definitely could have done without the sauce. The stuffed crust was good. Felt like the bottom of the pizza was not cooked long enough as the whole slices just flopped.
Service was neither bad nor good. More matter of fact than anything else.
The facility could probably use an update. It was pretty cold and sterile while waiting for the food.
For the record of any managers, I did notice they followed the rotation on the items in warmers. Always grabbing the oldest when they pulled from the kitchen side. Good...
