Iāve been going to this restaurant since the day they opened. At first, everything was great, but recently Iāve had multiple bad experiences. On two separate occasions, they forgot parts of my order and refused to fix it. Now, they wonāt take my order at allāsimply because I asked for what I was supposed to get: extra napkins, silverware, and the sauces that come with the food.
They regularly forget key itemsāsalsas, sauces, even meat on things like taco salads. Iāve received orders missing chips, salsa, red and green saucesāall things that are supposed to be included. It feels like they think Iām trying to scam them by asking for what Iāve already paid for. And when I speak up, they act like Iām the problem.
Iāve been a loyal customer, ordering from them almost weekly for over two years. But today, the manager told me they wonāt take my order anymore because I said something the last time they messed up. So, if youāre okay with average food made by people who clearly donāt care about your time or money, go aheadābut expect your order to be wrong more often than not.
Most restaurants try to make it right when they mess up. But the two male managers hereāthe older guy and the younger oneārefuse to take responsibility. Instead, they blame the customer. The last time, I politely went back to get what they forgot (again), but they wouldnāt even answer the phone, so I had to drive back. And when I got irritatedāunderstandablyāthey got mad at me.
Weāve had to return almost 75% of the time because something was missing. Those are real numbers, not exaggerations. Iām usually calm and polite about it, but the one time I express frustration, Iām treated like the issue. It all started when I first asked for the sauces that are supposed to come with the food. From that moment, the older male manager had a problem with me. He even said he didnāt like that I always asked for silverware and extra napkinsāmaybe because I often eat at the park nearby.
Instead of simply apologizing and fixing the mistake, he said, āI make your food all the time, and you always say something's missing.ā Yesābecause the taco salads have come with just lettuce and no meat, the cheese sauce has been brown, and weāve constantly had to come back for missing chips, salsa, and sauces.
I donāt understand how that isnāt a red flag for them. Weāve been understanding and patient most of the time. But rather than improving, they deflect and get defensive. The women who work here are kind and professional. Unfortunately, the two male managers are quick to blame the customer and hide in the back while the women handle their mess.
If youāre a manager and you have a problem with me after over a year, say something to my faceādonāt hide behind staff and excuses. Today was the first time I said anything about how often sauces, silverware, and napkins were missing, and the response was completely unprofessional. I was told, āWeāre not Taco Bellā as if asking for what I paid for was unreasonable.
To be clear, Iām not asking for anything extra. I just want what comes with my meal. If the manager believes their orders are āperfect,ā I invite them to look at the many times Iāve had to come back to get the order corrected. Thatās not perfectionāitās poor service.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were not happy what so ever with this experience. The staff wasn't courteous. The drive threw had no cars and we still waited 15 minutes for our food. We ordered two combo meals and a kids quesadilla, which was the macho burrito, three street tacos and the kids quesadilla. The three street tacos looked like they was road kill off the street and had hardly no meat or anything else. One taco had no meat what so ever and was a empty shell. We was supposed to get one beef and two chicken tacos, but there was no chicken what so ever in the empty shell. My macho burrito tasted terrible, and left a funny after taste. The fries were the highlight of the meal but you can get better fries at Rallys. The cheese sauce that came with the nachos looked and tasted like warm milk. All this terribleness for $25. I will never go back here and would not recommend...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can't say too much about this place since I only went through the drive-through to get my order. I had tried to go there the day before but I got there too late and they were closed. I made it the second day and ordered two beef tacos. I then asked to make one of them chicken. They were able to do it for me. The tacos were fixed quickly and the staff was friendly. I went back to my hotel room and began to eat the tacos. While eating the second taco which was the chicken, I couldn't tell it was the chicken and I started to get mad. Then I actually looked at it and realized that it was chicken. Either way it was still good. I would ask people to support the business. The...
