So I am only writing this, because it is the third time it has happened to me at thus location. On today's date 5-19-24(Sunday) I ordered 1 foot long sandwich on the subway app 45 minutes before I was going to pick it up. It said my sandwich would be ready by 11:55 AM which is when I requested for it to be done. I was wanting to puck up my sandwich leaving one place I needed to be at and take it to the next place I was going. I arrived at the location at 11:56, there were 3 cars in their parking lot and I pulled up to the drive through. I pressed the button that says "press here for help." I waited an entire 2 minutes on my cars clock, pushed the button again. Proceeded to wait another entire minute, then I started pressing it 3 times every thirty seconds or so for another 5 minutes. No one even talked to me once to say something "Hey hold on we are busy inside" or anything at all. I pulled up to the actual window, tapped on it a few times no one walked over. After waiting another three minutes I pulled back on the street and around the restaurant again, the parking lot had the same number of cars and no new ones. So I attempted the drive through yet again. Same thing happens to me and no one talks to me or anything. After wasting yet another 8 minutes of my life and now I'm basically looking at being late to my next appointment. I decide that as inconvenient as it is now, I'm going to have to walk inside as I have already paid for my sandwich on the app. I walk inside there are two people sitting at a table eating. And 1 person in line getting a sandwich, and the same amount of cars were in their parking lot, and it was the same cars when I parked my car. So I look and there are 3 people working inside the subway restaurant and not one of them is wearing any kind of headset or anything(not sure if that is how a subway does help people from the drive through). I walk up to the counter, somehow keep my cool despite how pissed off I actually was at this point, and say I had an app order under my name. One of the three goes back and grabs my order and just says "Here." I make the comment that I have been trying to get help in the drive through for over 10 minutes of my time, her response, "Sorry when we are busy inside we can't stop to check on the drive through." But I'm thinking there were 3 of them. I leave ticked off and that's why I'm posting this here. And thus is quite literally the third time I've had circumstances like this, the worst of them being when om the literal only customer who's in the drive through not wanting to get my kids out of the car and go in so I can get our three sandwiches which were ordered an hour ahead of time, and keep moving on with our night. But that's another story. Food is always good here for a subway sandwich shop, but the service is pretty terrible, I'll leave that up to you if you want to get stuff from them, but even though this is the closest subway to my house, I probably won't be ordering from...
Read moreCallie and Josh were the best employees that any company could ask for. I decided I was hungry at the last minute and stopped in here. It was a couple hours before closing. They were helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and just down right a delight to be around. The Doritos nachos I had were perfect, absolutely fire to be exact! I will definitely be back and it's mostly because of the all around amazing experience I had with these two while getting a bit to eat. If Subway or any other company sees this post...these are the type of employees that make a business great and creates long lasting success within the community. Read moreWent close to closing and I gave a tip for the trouble. They were out of the bread I wanted so settled for plain Italian. Got all three sandwiches home to find all three had hard bread. They had closed so had to microwave just to eat half. I called this morning to basically be called a liar!! No apologies just denial that the bread was hard. I asked for replacement as I paid 38.14 for the meal and was met with resistance. They said they would call me back. After a couple of hours I called them and again was made to feel like I was a scammer for complaining!! They took my address and said they would send a coupon.
