If I could give this location a zero I would. The service is extremely slow at this location. The staff is never present in the front. They only seem to be attentive to the customers in drive thru. Meanwhile , I stopped this morning for a smoothie at 7:38 am , I processed my ordered through the self checkout kiosk in the lobby. I didn’t get my smoothie until 7:51 am. When I got there it was only 4 cars in DT. So I’m not understanding why it took so long for one smoothie. What made even more mad was how it was given to me, it’s not even full. I’m so mad that I don’t even want the smoothie anymore. I was about to leave it for the guy standing in the lobby with me. I clocked in late for work waiting for one damn smoothie. There have been plenty of other times where I have paid for something at this location and I had to leave without food because of their slow service in fear of being late for work or lunch break. It’s ridiculous. But I tell you this I will never be stopping here again. Really hate this sorry location. Read moreI wouldn’t even give this McDonald’s a half of a star. I live near so it’s often I visit. Service is terrible and almost every time I go there after 10 pm it’s always a shift change. I complained to another Mng and all she said was “everyone says that”. I noticed the cashiers says that when it’s time for them to leave. Most recent experience the lady was taking my order and stopped, after 4 minutes of sitting in the drive through she replied sorry sir we’re doing a shift change. I told her she stop taking my order and her response was “ you just had to say I was already taking your order, I’m ready to go , plus I’m trying to be nosey outside”. Referring to an accident outside which most of the staff was outside trying to see what’s going on. Thought that would be a safety issue considering the lobby locked. I get to the next window and the cashier never said a word just passed my food and kept scrolling through Snapchat. No people or service skills non whatsoever. My husband and sat in the drive thru line for thirty minutes and watched four of their employees (1 being a manger of some sort) walk in and out while the line was literally backed up to the road. The line gradually began to move so I assumed it was because there was only one person at the window and in the kitchen! We sat and watched as they chatted at the table looking out the window at the very lobby line and one of them had a headset on for no reason apparently. We didn’t order and the only reason we continued to sit in the line was to ask to for their corporate number. Only to find out that they had given us one of their numbers and prank called me from different numbers twice after I spoke to the “District manager” or at least the guy who said he was. OH! And don’t even think about goin after 12. They’re supposed to be opened for 24 hours but they lie and say the registers are down and someone is otw to fix them and if you insist on waiting they just come up with more lies. Pictures provided.
