McDonald's — Restaurant in Jackson

First of all I went to the outside lane of the drive thru they waited on two cars before me then another so I called inside to ask why they weren’t waiting on this lane. I heard someone say in the background no one was working it... but the guy was nice and said he would take care of it ...so three more cars went thru no one still waited on my lane so I called back he try to find out again what was going on finally someone took my order.... so after waiting for a slow process of at least six cars going in front of me I finally got my order.....I ordered a happy meal with no fries and double apples but unfortunately I got the fries .... I ordered a southwest salad, the lid was not put on properly so it was spilled in the bag in addition I did not receive any dressing.... I was eating in the car with my 94 year old father so I once again called to see if someone could bring out the apples and dressing but the phone just rang and rang when I called back it stayed off the hook.... so needless to say this was a very...

I used to love this McDonald's at Southside. Last me & my husband got our order all jacked up. And didn't even get all that we order cause the lady didn't get it. Then thurs I stopped by and they were so busy the lines were full and it took forever to even get anyone on to take my order. Then to get home to see my happy meal I order didn't have any apples it was double on fries 🤦‍♀️ so knowing the fact every one makes mistakes an its McDonald's kiddos love it.😁 we stopped again on fri. And lines were full again and once getting to the mic 1st line 3 cars on 2nd line got there orders but no one ever answered. I mean if the mic is broken fix it . Let customers know its shut down. Oh and on that last visit we just left didn't even try after 3 ahead of us an nothing. Didn't figure we were going to get service hope the ones behind us got service....

I would honestly recommend for anybody reading this to stay away from this restaurant if they Plan On dining here. During the light hours. The PM hours. The staff here in the drive through are very unprofessional. You asked them to remake your food. Because you receive a bag of food where every single thing in the bag is spilled. And. Completely unedible. Fries. Felt like and looked like. They were days old. Then. They take your food, say they're gonna remake it. Bring you the exact same order you just give them. Back. To you. Then accuse you. Of stealing one chicken nugget out of the bag and refusing a refund. All the while, the original complaint was. The food was spilled in the bag. There was only three chicken Nuggets when there were supposed to have been 4. And the food was unedible. Just a word to the...
