They steal money from the customers! They make up charges and use the key to open the register. Big backs, bad wigs, and bad attitudes. Placed my order in the drive thru. The wait time was slow but that's the usual nowadays. When I got to the window I had to repeat myself several times to the young lady at the window because she asked what I ordered. I'd asked for extra sauce on my sandwich when I placed my order and i received it, there wasn't any on it. So when I asked for sauce, the big back manager yells out "ain't none" the young lady went and got some and told me it would b 75 cents. I said that's fine and handed her a dollar. She went and got the key from one of the big ones, opened the register and tried to hand me a quarter. I told her I needed a receipt. She really looked confused. By now, all the big backs have gathered asking what's the hold up. The one at the window told them I wanted a receipt. They all huffed and she closed the window and all I saw was neck rolling and mouths going. She finally returned with a receipt for dill pickle sauce (I asked for sauce foe my fish sandwich) and she handed me 13 cents. I looked at it and the big puffy manager has an attitude and says "you got yo receipt" I asked what happen to the 75 cents total from before and explained that now she gave me 13 cents. The young lady came back and said "well what's on the receipt" I said 18 cents but you only gave me 13. Now they all stood their confused. I had to explain to her several times that she gave me 13 cents and not 18, and not 25 like she originally attempted. Imagine how much money they steal from people by opening that register and making up charges. Everything was overcooked and dry. Guess they're too busy stealing money to provide fresh food...

I went to Popeyes today around 6 p.m. just to grab some lunch, and the experience was awful. The young lady taking our order got it wrong. We asked for a 3-piece chicken tender, but when we got to the window, she read it back as a 5-piece.
We politely corrected her and let her know it was supposed to be a 3-piece. Instead of just fixing the mistake, she responded with an attitude, saying, “Well, they have it down for a 5-piece, so is it a 5-piece or a 3-piece?” — like we were lying or trying to be difficult.
After we corrected her again, she didn’t say “okay,” didn’t apologize, nothing. She just slammed the window in our faces and walked off. At that point, we just drove off because the customer service was so rude and disrespectful, we didn’t even want the food anymore. We ended up going to subway instead and was treated better there.
