Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jackson

I was in the drive thru on last night order my food it came to be $21. I was ask to pull around and my food would be out shortly that was around 11:30pm. I pulled around and saw the young lady n cook come out the door with multiple orders but they all was door dash orders. So I sat there thinking my food would be next they came out for the second time still no food. So the third time they came out she walk to my car and ask what I order and I told her. Quesadilla meal and bacon item that’s was new. Came and said they was holding on beef for 15 minutes by this time it was 12:30 am we had been waiting a hour on food. When she gave me the food it was right the tacos had steak mix with a little ground beef in it for all the tacos and my quesadillas had nothing no meat or cheese just flat. So I ask for my money still never received my money back but the food was right. Waiting so long we left and wasn’t satisfied at all. I come to Taco Bell on Northside drive faithful and spend over $20 every time at least three to four times a week. But last night was so disappointing the young lady tried to do it all but it was just awful. Waiting a hour for food that wasn’t right then 15 minutes we had to wait more for the beef to get ready was not satisfying at all. We didn’t eat anything because it wasn’t right at all. I went here and there were only two employees working , I waited patiently told them no problem not in a hurry and this was around 3pm. Got my ordered and drove home I live 8 minutes away so I wasn’t far at all. My food was either spoiled or something because there was a strong taste to the taco and you could even smell it , I took one bite and took it back. The employee that was making the food was the leader at the time (had brown hair in a ponytail) . She had an attitude because I asked for a refund and the other employee at the time agreed and said that the food was spoiled. The leader then says “I can’t give you a refund for all the tacos because you bit off one”. Which made no sense at all ! So I say ok just give me what you are going to give me and left . She obviously knew something was wrong when she made it ! This location needs to be shut tf down. How trifling do you have to be , to be upset because I wanted a refund for spoiled or...

I truly appreciate the fresh vegetarian options and the loving quality that they put into their food is a Lot To Taco Bout lol! The staff are always impressive and listen to orders carefully. They take pride in serving the best Taco Bell on this side of town. I choose this location best for my veggie options just because of the preparation and remarkably great taste. I have tried other Taco Bells from Rankin County, Hinds, Madison, and Leake, but Northside Drive in Jackson, MS does it best!!

A great job is done by the hardest working managers and staff from their accuracy and speed of service. I know that these guys encounter many difficulties in this area, so I am grateful that they stay and perform delicious miracles with a positive attitude.
