The workers are very slow moving and always running out of items. On this last visit, my children and I sat in the drive-thru line about 10 min before deciding to just go inside to order. Nobody was inside, so you'd think it would go faster, NOPE. We where inside about 6 to 7 min before being acknowledged and asked what we where getting, then another 10 to 15 min before receiving the kiddi and 3 small cups only to be told then that they ran out of nacho holders, but I sat there and watched about 4 to 5 nachos go out side to people in line who I ordered before🤦🏾‍♀️. So , I came to this because I thought it was a decent area until yesterday. I ordered two medium shaved ice, one flavor which was California Surf that a female who had an afro puff ponytail claimed she didn’t know how to make . Not to mention , there were other coworkers that could had made the shaved iced but they were standing around there chatting like they didn’t have anything else to do. I've had Snobizes multiple times while driving from work back home. I've not tried all the flavors avaliable but I can share on those I have. Strawberry was delicous, watermelon was divine though slightly watery, grape was sweet but slightly tart, Orange was really accurate to the fruit and coloration. The service is expedient and always friendly. I haven't tried the ice cream they have offered so I can't say how it is and how it compares to other local buisnesses.
