Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Ridgeland

Well to begin, we waited for 30 minutes to order. When we pushed the button, the young man was extremely rude and said he would deal with us in a minute. As we wait, the guy walks out to deliver food and he was asked how long before we could order....he ignored us and kept rapping to the music I assume was coming from the earbud in his ear. So the first person orders on one side when he comes back on and ask what we want. Second person still waiting to order (never got to order) while waiting for first person to get their food. The same guy comes out to give the food, was asked if we could order and instead of acknowledging he is being spoke to, he continues to rap. As if that wasn't bad enough service, we get the cinnabites and they aren't even cooked all the way! Corporate will also be getting an email but want to warn anyone that halfway considers coming this place....save...

Low haircut manager (Vanhelda McMan is what was given) on duty attitude is just as bad as the employee that I buzzed in to complain about… she stated that she’s short staffed as well as all the other companies around here. I’m at SONIC, I don’t care about what others have going on I’m complaining about y’all!! She felt like it was rude for me to honk my horn at her employee who was just standing in the doorway w/the food I was waiting 15mins for.. mind you, when initially placing the order I was placed on hold (mic still on) as she complained about going home and just leaving work.. want someone to be nice to them but can’t even be professional.. Gluckstadt Sonic short staffed too and still get orders out in a timely manner so, I don’t wanna hear it !! Burger patty was old so I requested for it to be remade she refused because she said it was grilled. Did issue...

Overall This place sucks . They always mess up my orders up some how ,between the watered down shakes ,flat sodas , over cooked and undercook onion, and the fact when I ask certain things to be taking off they don’t do it. I specifically ask for onions rings and they gave me fries ,I asked why and they said “ oh because we don’t have any that’s why she gave them too you “ , at this point Im just thinking why you just didn’t say we didn’t have any instead of wasting my money . I spoke to the manager Chris Ransom and he basically gave me a card saying call him if anything else happen ,wasn’t really happy with that outcome . Came home opened my meal to see that my meal wasn’t even correct . Please don’t waste your money here !!!!! They been in bad shape for a veryyyyyyyyyylong time . I come back ever once in a while hoping things change but...
