If you have the option to visit a different Baskin-Robbins location, I strongly recommend doing so. I’ve visited this location many times simply because it's the closest to my home, but after today, I won’t be returning.
I’ve never had a positive experience here. The customer service is consistently poor, and the owners—who appear to be a husband and wife—are incredibly rude. There are no greetings, no smiles, just cold stares that make you feel unwelcome for simply being a paying customer.
Hygiene is also a serious concern. I've witnessed the owner handling ice cream without gloves, using bare hands, which is unacceptable in a food service environment.
On top of that, the rewards process is unnecessarily frustrating. Every time I try to scan my app for points, he insists on grabbing my phone and taking far too long to do something that should be simple. Today was the final straw: I had a $3 off $15 coupon selected in the app, and after he took my phone and scanned it, I later realized the coupon had been deselected—without my consent—before the payment went through. That’s dishonest and unethical.

I love Baskin Robbins icecream but this place is so bad I don't know where to start. The first thing the icecream at this location tastes like crap. I think these cheap bastards try to save on their power bill, they don't keep the icecream at right temperature. The icecream is not soft and there are bits of ice in the ice cream. The first time I went there I asked for an extra cup and they told me I have to pay extra 50 cents. That was not bad. I like baskin Robbins so much I kept going back. The lady that serves never has a smily face. She is so freaking grumpy I just hate to see her face. I have been to BR locations in so many countries and never got such small serving size. I guess you can save a lot by saving a little bit of icecream on every customer. They got on my last nerve when I went there recently. I tried calling the store and there was no answer. The second time I called the store it sounded like a fax machine. The third call I made to the store, no answer and a voicemail recording stated that this number is a cellular number and I did not have the option to leave a message. The fourth and final call I made to the store, an employee maybe the owner answered my call. As I was trying to explain the reason for my call she became very combative and yelled at me.
