2 stars because the pizza was fine. Nothing spectacular but it was good enough. This was our 1st time eating there. The order was placed at 5:58 for 1/2 three cheese with garlic sauce base instead of marinara and 1/2 Philly cheesesteak. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there at 6:35 I was told it would be a few. They were super busy too. When I got the pizza at around 6:45, it was cooked to the ticket order (so the cook did his job) but the ticket order was wrong. I got a 1/2 three cheese with marinara sauce and 1/2 carnivore? Not even sure how that one got mixed up. I decided to keep it since I knew my family would eat that anyways but I wanted to let the manager know just to be careful and maybe slow down since ours was wrong whoever took the order could have just taken another second to verify it was correct and prevented a mistake. Anyways, the manager instead offered a remake. I told her that wasn't my goal and that we would eat this and its okay but just a heads up. I guess she was more focused on giving free stuff to fix the problem than just taking some advice from a customer. So she insisted we get a remake the next time we come (we don't like there so who knows if we will ever come back). I appreciated the gesture and let her do her thing to get the remake for the future... so here is the kicker. I'm not sure if she thought I was really dumb or if maybe she really thought this was an appropriate way to handle a "remake" but this manager (sweet as could be) decided to write down the order (correctly this time) and write my first name only on a receipt and "promise" to put my name in the "system" so next time I came I could get my remake... y'all, no phone number, no last name. She legit just wrote "Sarah 1/2 three cheese with garlic 1/2 philly" on a receipt paper and I think shoved the paper in the drawer... I got nothing. No paper or coupon or tangible object as a sign of this "promise"... I was expected to just take her word that she would put my name in this magical system for this pizza that I may or may not order again in a year or some random time. That was the kicker for me. And bless her heart because I think the manager was really trying but she needs to maybe rethink her calling. I bet she would be great in the helping profession instead of a pizza place. So yeah 2 stars not because I think the manager is a bad person (seems like a great person) but because I think maybe the place needs a little revision in...

I have been to this business multiple times and had many discussions with the owner of this restaurant on various occasions but last night's debacle really has me reevaluating the nature of the employees and concern of the food quality going out to the public.
I ordered a large cheese pie for takeout. Once I arrived I payed for my order but it wasn't ready. Upon receiving my order I immediately checked and was dismayed by what I saw. This pie, that should have 10 slices, appeared to have suffered a massacre at the hands of the pizza cutter. The pie was not only sliced but had dices as well.
I literally mean there were mini bites of pizza in the box. When I addressed this issue with the cashier she claimed there was nothing wrong with the pizza.
PAUSE.... I worked at a pizza joint & know that what they sent out was against the pizza code. It was obvious that the person cutting the slices double cut on a angle thus causing irregular size slices & miniature dices at the point of the pie.
The frustrating part is that the cashier nor the "general manager" saw anything wrong with this human error. And instead of initially apologizing, the first thing out of her mouth was that they didn't issue refunds. They did offer to remake the pie but I didn't have time to wait (hence the point of calling in an order).
Then I was told that they wouldn't remake or issue a refund for the pie. This is where I got off the kiddie ride... Tony, I'm not sure what kind of staff you have but they do not have the "treat the customer like you want to be treated or better" attitude. And if no one in that place saw a pie that appeared to be cut by Freddie Cougar was unpresentable, then I fell you may have bigger issues down the pipe.
I left without the pie. NO ONE will dictate what I do with my money! My suggestion, send a few secret shoppers to this place and I think you'll see what I'm alluding.
If there's a next time, I'll be sure to take pictures before posting. ~...
Read moreDO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR NEEDING TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR LUNCH The hold time on their phones are ridiculous. Being that I dealt with this location many times throughout the years due to working in the area so I understand they can get busy during certain hours thats why yiu should plan at least 15-20 minutes for your order to be ready(at least that's the time I've always been given) but for goodness sake, dear Angel picks the phone up, announces herself, ask how can she help only to say "hold one moment" and instantly clicks the horrible wait music which btw frustrates you more when holding so long. I hang up after 10 minutes and call right back... Angel does the exact same thing as before. I hold literally 9 minutes, I kid you not before someone comes to the phone asking for my order only to be told it'll be 30 minutes🤷🏽♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. Like seriously, I've already been on hold 19 minutes of that time. Sooooooooo inconsiderate of people's time and schedules. Very unprofessional to answer asking how can you help, only to be told hold 1 moment and then it turns into 19 moments and a additional 30 minutes before getting the food for your designated lunch hour/time. Not to mention I get there 30 minutes later cause I didnt want to have to wait longer when getting there and what do you know, BOTH pizzas ordered was cooled and not hot😡🤬AGAIN, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO COME IF ON A TIMED LUNCH. The food wait time, excused but the time on the phone holding when your oder could be getting filled and the COLD FOOD is...
