What a pitiful, pathetic experience I had at this location. I ordered a loaded fries with regular seasoning, and Zax sauce instead of ranch. There was no sauce of any kind on them, no seasoning on the fries, and ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN ON THEM! Are you kidding me??? YOU'RE A CHICKEN PLACE, and you omit the chicken that is supposed to be on the fries. Pathetic. I also ordered a fried house Zalad with honey mustard dressing. Absolutely NO honey mustard, or dressing of any kind was given. I ordered a five finger plate, which had no toast and no Zax sauce in it. I also ordered two extra Zac sauces, which were also not in the bag. And just to be fair, I ordered a club sandwich and a nibbler, which were in the bag. But, the rest of the order, and your employees' complete lack of care in getting it right, is just a slap in the face to this loyal customer. I paid good money for every item which was missing from my order, and Zaxby's as a company STOLE that money from me. Enjoy it, because I'm done with your inept company.

Read moreToday was my first time placing an online order. I pull up and there’s 2 cars waiting at the speaker so I drive around them and pull up behind the car at the window. The woman at the drive thru window is looking back at me mean mugging like I did something wrong. I pull up to the window. There’s no hello, how can I help you nothing just straight anger. I say I had an online order. “DID YOU STOP AT THE SPEAKER?! 😡 I say no I didn’t know that I had to, this was my first online order. She goes on to fuss about me not stopping at the speaker. I can’t stand misery that loves company. It’s safe to say, that’s my last Zaxby’s visit in South Jackson. It pays nothing to be kind to people as I genuinely did not know. First of all, why would I need to wait at a speaker behind two cars for them to order when I already ordered and paid online. I absolutely despise how rude some people are! If you don’t like the job, kindly find something else. It literally took 10 seconds to go grab my bags of food and my drinks that were already prepared. I pray somebody treats her better than she treated me today.

Read moreThis location is so frustrating, especially when it comes to the drive-through and Cobb salads. The people are friendly, but it is so frustrating to get home and not have the order right. Attentive to detail is everything. I have repeatedly left comments on their surveys, especially about this restaurant's tendency to leave the bacon off of their Cobb salads. It is not a big thing, but if you are paying extra for two additional items, then those items should there. Also, if a salad is ordered without toast or fried onions, that is how the salad should be prepared. I order it for a gluten-sensative person, and more than once, one or both items have still been on the salad.
So . . . here we are 4 years later. I rarely go to Zaxby's anymore, and when I do, I try to go inside where my order is more likely to be made correctly. Tonight, though, I wanted a salad, and I didn't want to have to get out. I went through the drive-thru, ordered a Cobb for me and a house for my wife.
