11/11/2022 - 10:46:53 P.M. - I ordered six (6) different items which are reflected on my receipt. I did not receive all 6 items requested, but 5 of the items that I paid for. I purchased the "1 RB Half Pound Meal" and received the curly fries and the "1 Drink-LG ADD Coke" as a Sprite. Where is the rest? My second order contained a large Coca Cola, I also received a large Sprite. Excuse me?? Turned around, you guys were closed. You charged me a total of $23.20 and I am more dissatisfied than I have words to express. Absolutely deplorable. Order given over the drive through, collected onto your computer and then translated onto my receipt. Incorrect items provided by you, even though my receipt reflects you knew what I wanted. Yes, you were "nice", but niceness does not cover the bill. You work to get paid, I work to get what you work for, just like I work to be able to pay you so you can get paid. The conundrums are real. I will not be returning. I mean, "Taco Bell led the pack in speed of service, with an average time of about 221 seconds, followed by Dunkin’ Donuts, KFC and Arby’s. Read moreThe worst place ever!!! Place a mobile order they refuse to allow you to thru drive thru after setting in the drive thru line for 10 mins. For 2 items. I go in they say we are short staffed but I counted 5 people in the back. They server 7 drive thru order and 5 in store orders before me I waited 30 mins. The manager refuse to answer any question I had. And if she did her answer was we are short staffed. She refuse to give me my receipt. The floors in side feel like you have duck tape on you feet the stickiness of the floor is so loud when you walk I can hear it over people talking. Get my food my fries are cold the manager made sure to give me the oldest fries they had even tho some had just came up. I will never return to any Arby's again. Merrill Rd store ruined that for me. The manager tried to refuse to hand me my drink cups she insisted that they have to fill the cups. I told her no I will so I know she don't do anything to them. Read moreAmazing staff, Amazing Service with a smile! Family of 6, so, we always have very large orders. No place ever gets it correct. They got it all the first time! Came in at 8:40 P.M. on 3/21/22 because we were off late, apologized in advance of placing the order. Ordered 3 $12 Family meals, 6 Cheese sticks, & 4 snack shakes. It was a total of 41 items. She politely & pleasantly explained that there were only 3 of them working. I apologized again and stated that I understood and was a very patient person knew we would have to wait on such a large order that way they could keep guests behind us moving. By far, over ALL experiences I have ever had this was the best of all restaurants in my lifetime & I am 44 years old. Words cannot describe how AMAZING our experience was from start to finish! I am one, because of never having my orders correct anywhere I go, who says $15 hrly. is too much. However, this crew DESERVES that 100% Thank you for such an Awesome...
