This BURGER KING on 5922 Merrill Rd Jacksonville Florida 32211 needs to FIRE all the 3 night workers that were working on 6/28/25. My wife made a phone order for pick up & we did not get it due to the 3 male helpers that kept me waiting 30 minutes in line. Keep in mind there are cameras everywhere as I’m patiently waiting on the drive thru I noticed 3 different males keep coming in & out of the back door but thought nothing about it as I’m patiently waiting for someone to come on the intercom to take care of me & nothing happened. I noticed cars leaving the line due to the wait. So I decided to pull around to the window & honk the horn so they can see me & tell me what’s going on ? Because restaurant hours were 6am - 12am & the restaurant lights where dimmed so I see them walking around in tang tops cleaning inside they clearly see me at the window & they go to the back where I couldn’t see them anymore they clearly are ignoring me & don’t want to talk to me I tried to get my refund & nothing. I was FURIOUS so I decided to come back to the same location on Sunday 6/29/25 @ 12:18 pm to talk to a manager & explain the inconveniences I experienced the night before and guess what ? I spoke to the a female manager to explain my inconveniences & what happened the night before that we didn’t get our food & the restaurant was supposed to be open & it was closed & I wanted a refund & she rudely told me that wasn’t her problem it was a problem with the app. What? I couldn’t believe what she said, so I was waiting in line for 30 mins I have pics & time logs to prove it they didn’t care that I was there waiting they kept coming in & out the back door doing whatever instead of their job or giving me a heads up on any issues or inconveniences they might of experienced but they chose not too instead they choose to ignore me & hide so I left that night without my refund & food. Not to mentioned the disrespect I get from their manager the next day I informed her what her night crew did she decided to say she couldn’t do nothing because it was on the app. Well guess what I don’t write reviews but when it happens twice at the same location enough is enough, get better help & make them employees. Because worthless help doesn’t deserve to be employed! We try reaching out to Burger King & there’s no one u can talk to so heads up people be careful at this location. And if corporate sees this post DONT BE NEGLIGENT DO YOUR HOME WORK U GUYS HAVE CAMERAS LOOK INTO THE DATES AND TIME!! I...

I pulled into and parked into the parking lot at 7:04pm and after getting out of my car was told by a lady standing on side door of restaurant that the lobby was closed even though I saw someone leaving the lobby when I arrived. Got to drive through and after wait lady took my order and had me repeat that I wanted 2 bottom buns for Texas Double whopper meal and that it was supposed to be plain (it wasn't plain it had cheese and bacon on it after I said only meat and buns). I also ordered large sweet tea which was old and couldn't drink. I also ordered double cheese burger and value fries. When I got to window and paid with my card girl told me to pull backwards after payment (guess this was to fool the drive through counter) after waiting I got my order and asked for handful of Ketchup and only got 3 packets. Finally got home to eat and found that my brothers burger was not plain as described above and my double cheese burger was cold and the fries were old as well I only took a couple of bites and called the store where a guy answered and said he was the Mgr on duty without giving me his name and I asked for the Store mgr name which I had him spell to me that works mornings who is Marquita and when I asked him why the lobby was closed at 7pm he gave me excuse of broken and smelly bathroom that customers wouldn't/shouldn't have to endure (seemed fishy to me, just my opinion especially when the girl by the door was near the bathrooms which are ways away from the front lobby counter. He then Hung up on my before I could tell him what was wrong with order and even though I tried to call back numerous times wouldn't answer the phone. (I will talk to her and also relate this experience and also give 0 star google review as well. What a waste of my time and monies $18.67 down the toilet...
Read moreI usually go to this Burger Kind location for breakfast and lunch but my last experience has turned me off for Burger King altogether. I placed my order online with my mobile app and drive to the drive thru to pick up. This woman comes on the speaker and tells me the system is down. I tried to confirm if the drive thru system was down or if everything was down. I explained I had a mobile order. She then nastily tells me "First of all, you have to come inside for mobile orders". I tried to explain to her that I've never had to go inside to pick up a mobile order. She insisted I had to come inside so I told her I would come in to speak with her. I get inside and find this woman with two male employees surrounding her. The first tries to help resolve the situation initially but the woman continues to try and intervene. The male says he is the manager and to talk with him. I explain the situation and he also tried to tell me that I can't do a mobile order at the drive thru, and I again I explain that's not true. He then asks what I ordered and I tell him the breakfast croissant combo and he says they don't have that. The woman then laughs out loudly stating "Ha. You still can't get it" I could feel myself getting angered so I asked for the corporate information that the supposed manager did he didn't have but did give me a store number and their names. I called corporate with the information I was provided and received a call later from a manager who explained he was not the manager for the location I went to. The supposed manager at the store o went to gave me the manager name and store number for a different location. I'm submitting this to BBB and I don't want anything free, I need an apology from those...
