Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Was serviced by Brandon T tonight and I must admit. He has the worse attitude and service imagined for a fast food drive thru attendant! You are the 1st in contact with a customer who is responsible for greeting customers respectfully and not sigh and rush a person during thier selections to place an order. Brandon not only continued sighing after each selection we made, when we got to the window he rolled his eyes. He was asked a simple question before payment of "is your freeze machine working" and he abruptly stated and rolled his eyes and raised his hands saying "Im not adding add-ons, you gon' have to get back in line again for a add on". The attitude was not needed nor called for when asked a simple question. All that was needed to say was a YES/NO. And if I did chose to add at that time, Brandon should have THEN said that add-ons aren't allowed at the window or something like that, but that did not occur. He raised his tone, raised and waved his hands aggressively and said what he is NOT going to do. He asked if we wanted any sauce, I asked for Original sauce and he smirked, rolled his eyes, then closed the window on us, re-opened the window to give us the food with absolutely NO sauce and just looked at us and said "have a good night then closed the window. Brandon needs training on his attitude and customer service, he lacks training and skills. From that experience and treatment from Brandon, I didnt even feel comfortable eating my food, I feel like he did something to it, so threw it all away. A waste of rime and money just because of poor service. I will NOT be visiting again and will NOT recommend anyone to...

What can I honestly say here? It's Taco bell, loved by some, hated by many and notorious for giving people the runs, but I honestly like Taco Bell.

The atmosphere, Taco Bell has an okay atmosphere, it's nothing warm and quaint or bright and vibrant it's just normal nothing to point out, nothing to nag about and most of us don't sit down and eat at fast food places anymore, a shame but it is what it is.

Service, service at this location is usually spot on and fast, there's an occasional hiccup but beyond that I have no real complaints, it's one of the better taco bells in terms of service.

Food, to me I enjoy alot of what taco bell has to offer, my favorite is the quesadilla combo, although most taco bells do not put enough chicken in them, I can't say I really dislike any food there, solid stars for food for sure.

Price, Taco bell is one of the only fast food places I know that still has plenty of combos that are 10$ and under, they have pricey options like 12-13$ but the majority fall between 7.99 and 9.99, and that's for the combos, I'd definitely attribute the prices to the fact that alot of ppl really just don't go to taco bell anymore, but nonetheless I'll take advantage of that.

All in all I'd give Taco bell a 4 out of 5 stars, despite its reputation for not being good, I find it to be a nice option for a midnight snack, considering they are of the only places...

Current staff on weekends is wonderful and very friendly to my family. I absolutely love going here because of how well they always treat my kids and I. They never get my order wrong, which is a relief given how often the other fast food restaurants along Merrill Road mess up. It's refreshing to have a good place for a quick bite that is dependable.

I will say that on two separate occasions, I've seen someone yelling at the staff. Once was for "getting their order wrong," but the guy was being rude from the start, and I never heard him say no beans either. I've seen the same guy cussing at the cashier in Publix. They handled it very well, and as a former trainer, I was proud of the level of service they provided.

The first time was a few years ago, and the reason was the wait. It was 12:20pm on a Sunday. The after church crowd was starting to gather. People were complaining until they realized there was only one employee on duty. All but 1 person (Brandon) had walked out. Brandon was holding down the drive thru, walk up counter, and food prep all by himself! The guy was something out of LEGEND. Everyone was impressed by how hard and quickly he was working, all while having a great attitude. The people complaining about the wait quickly changed their tune when they realized it was 1 guy...
