Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Go order breakfast tell the lady 5 times sausage and cheese croissant. On screen is says bacon say it AGAIN amd she says yes i know its ok. Get home and its BACON! After i was assured no its right on screen. The 3 orders of french toast sticks i ordered are just about burnt to a crisp and can be frisbees and i ordered a large hashbrown and got a small. This BK cant ever get food right and burgers always have globs of ketchup and mayo on them that it makes everything fall out the bun as soon as you take a bite. Very upset bc now my husband has to go back to BK amd by time he gets back everything will be cold. And instead of them giving me the number 1 minus egg she charges for each individual item instead costing me more money and didnt realoze until got back here and saw the bag tag. Never even gave or offered me a receipt. Try calling and no one answers it just rings and rings and rings. Got to first window and sat there for 10 minutes after giving our money waiting for her to come back with change and receipt and only get the change. Ask at second window for receipt and the lady ignored us then acted like we were at fault for asking for it or another syrup. Id rather drive 20 minutes to another bk then go back...

So I went to the store at Tuesday night to pick up an order for all my guys.the lady at the window said may I take your order please and I told her I needed 25 regular hamburgers.she asked me to repeat myself three times and then came on the speaker and said I'm sorry sir we're out of meat we can't help you I asked her are you serious you don't have any meat she replied no we're all out all we have is chicken tenders I told her you should turn off your sign and close up if you don't have any meat for hamburgers at a Burger King she was very rude and I drove away I called my dispatch center and she called up to the Burger King and ask are you out of meat and they said no are you related to the person that came up to the window and she said yes that was my driver they said that was a misunderstanding you can send them back will have them ready for him so I got a call over the radio I turned all the way back around went back to the store went inside and ask them what their problem was why didn't they want to work and also the lady could do was shrugging shoulders normally we get great service at this particular store this night it...

The manager at this location definitely needs to be fired she is rude and disrespectful. Her staff seems to have a problem when asked to fix a small issue of food order. She joins in to almost antagonize the situation as in like it's offensive to fix a mistake of food. I believe Burger King is a big franchise I as a business owner myself who personally orders food for my employees at Burger King locations all around the East Coast, This almost sickens me to my stomach to think that employees think that just because someone gives them a good position they own the place!!! This place definitely needs to be retrained or fired!! This should not be a problem for someone who's a paying customer to have something changed or fixed in their order, I believe these people have sickened me before and I mean this by once they look upset the food is cold and sloppy almost intentionally. I have my employees station close by this Burger King for the next six months they will most likely eat here Burger King I ask please Check...
