Very dissapointed would love to give 0 stars. Friday November 30. I pulled into the zaxbys parking lot. I placed my order at 7:18 pm I was done with my order at 7:19pm. Nobody was In front of me, there was no line when I walked in. The drive thru line was ridiculous. Which was I chose to head inside. My number order was 08. I ordered a boneless wings things buffalo, and the honey mustard 5 boneless wings. As I am waiting I here the order numbers being called out. 00,then it was 06,then it was 04. They were not going in order. As I am waiting for my order, a young lady said, oh y'all are doing the easy orders first, y'all are being shady as hell tonight!! To which her manager whom was at the register called her by name and to shutup. So now I am even more upset. You guys do that? Seriously?!??!!! The coworker than was pulled to the side, and was scolded. As I got my order it was 25 minutes later!! I wanted to speak with a manager but knowing that one had a serious attitude problem, I chose to call corporate. As I got home, and while talking to corporate about this situation, my food was cold!!! My food which I guess was the easier order was cooked first and placed to the side while my fiance's was hot!! But also wrong. My meal was to be replaced! Now I called up there today Sunday December 2nd. To be told no ma'am you have to wait for an investigation to be done, and for someone to call you tomorrow before 5pm. Knowing how this works as I have worked in the restaurant buisness. I know the hours that are not busy, are between 2 and 4pm. This isn't the first time, that we have had issues with this zaxbys. But this will be the LAST TIME we go to that Zaxbys. Managers don't know how to handle situations properly. That young lady that spoke like that, shouldn't have been told to shutup. The manager should have asked the young lady to meet her by the side door and to speak with her about this privately, or should have waited for this young lady to come in on her day of work to speak again privately about the matter. The place was not understaffed! They had plenty of people in FOH and BOH. The cashier that I dealt with was fine. This place needs a serious cleanup and retraining for both managers and coworkers. You do orders FCFS basis. You do NOT do orders by doing them...
Read moreI came to this location to pick up an UberEats order for a customer. I noticed that they were giving other delivery drivers empty cups to make the drinks for the orders they were picking up. My order had two sweet teas, so I requested that they make the teas for my order because asking me to make the drinks violates heath code. As a delivery driver I cannot prepare ANY food, including drinks, or handle any food. It is the restaurant’s responsibility to prepare the food that is ordered and package it in a way that is food safe for transport. It is my responsibility to pick up said food and deliver it to the correct location. When I explained this to the shift manager, she rolled her eyes and said they are the “highest grossing location and they don’t have time to make drinks for to go orders. If I didn’t want to make the drinks then the order would just sit there.” Very rude and unprofessional, but that doesn’t surprise me because many of these restaurants fail to understand that delivery drivers represent their customers and we should be treated the same as customers. So I had to call UberEats support, who also told the shift manager that me preparing food and drinks violates not only Uber policies but food safety and health codes. The manager told the support agent to take it up with the owner because again, she doesn’t have time to deal with it. So the Uber support agent has opened an investigation with their safety department regarding this situation. I won’t know the outcome of this investigation, but I wanted to do my part to let the public know that this location is violating health codes with their delivery orders. So if you care about your food possibly not being contaminated or handled by some random delivery person who may or may not be wearing gloves or have clean hands, I would recommend ordering from a different Zaby’s location because others I deliver from don’t do this. Perhaps if enough people stop ordering from this location they will “have enough time” to do their job and practice correct food...
Read moreAlright Zaxbys im a super chill, rather easy going person that can look past alot of things but yall really earned this ass-chewing. Sad part is you guys are usually ontop of things, this isnt like you.
I should have known by the fact that there were no vehicles in the drive-thru & only 1 person in the lobby (It was 6pm for those interested) that something was up with this location.
Ordered the Big Zax Snack which is 3 fingers, fries & toast. Asked for extra seasoning on the fries, didnt get that. Asked for extra Zax sauce, got that but the seal was broken & it was spoiled. Ordered this as its my goto, usually quick and damn near always ready. So yes it was quick, but why was it all cold? Like stale old & cold. Sure its readly available and I didnt expect it to be piping hot fresh out of the fryer (I actually hate fresh hot BURN your mouth food) but im pretty sure it would have been warmer if left out in the sun.
Fun fact: I was given a free item to taste test I guess. It was cheese bites or cheese curds. Not sure of the name as the receipt said "survey item". If I had ordered them myself, I would have been highly dissapointed. Buuut since they were free, im not that upset that they tasted like they were left over from the lunch rush several hours earlier.
Lets add on that 4 of the 5 girls behind the counter were hooting & hollering about something or someone and were all using nasty foul language. By no means was I bothered or offended by thier mouths at all. My thing is maybe when you see a customer (your only customer) at the counter, tone the volume down or even carry it on in the back. The 5th girl was super sweet when she took my order, she was having no part of thier nonsense.
Im the kind of person that always looks for the (or a) positive in any & every situation. But...
