I have visited the location twice in the past couple of months, and both times service delivered by management was horrendous and not customer service oriented. In early June, my boyfriend and I visited the location and his portion of the order was incorrect. We were the only car in the drive thru, and we waited for an employee to notice us. One did, a blonde manager, she made direct eye contact with me as I was waving my hands attempting to get the attention. As soon as she made eye contact, she glared and looked away. My boyfriend then parked the car and had to go inside to get his order fixed. The employee who actually took his order (wish I would have gotten her name) was walking out (leaving her shift or having a break probably) as he was going in. The employee recognized him from the drive thru, followed him back inside and helped fixed his order. The manager (blonde) did not speak with him at all. Incident number two happened yesterday (07/13/19). Also at the drive thru. Same exact scenario, same exact blonde manager making eye contact and looking away. Except this time, we had to knock on their drive thru window to get their attention. I guess this is the customer service they are delivering. The first incident really rubbed me the wrong way, and I gave it a month and benefit of the doubt. But now I see that this manager is deliberately ignoring customers and not doing her actual job....

The first time I didn't check it until I got home, and just didn't feel like driving back. The second time, I forgot to check until I got to work and couldn't go back. THIS time, though, I remembered to check, and sure enough, they did it to me AGAIN. I walked in and explained this had happened to me three times in a row, which ISN'T an accident, but a systematic problem that amounts to FRAUD. The "manager" gave me a sour look, and very lightly chastised her staff telling them they have to check the orders before sending them out. I let them try again. After all this, they actually did it AGAIN.
Needless to say, I was NOT happy, slammed the bag down on the counter and just said "SERIOUSLY?!!". I explained again that this was now the FOURTH time in a row, TWICE in the same visit that they did this, and asked if they understood that this constitutes FRAUD. All miss bedazzled eye makeup could do then was get angry and tell me how it wasn't her fault and say I "threw the food at her", that she would NEVER get that upset over being screwed over FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, to which I simply responded "I don't believe you for one second".
PATHETIC. CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME if you eat here, or they...
Read moreI went inside and the lady behind the counter was immediately rude and cursed that "G-- D--- It, I can't talk now, some white lady just walked in"! I ignored her comment and ordered onion rings and a whopper jr. I had to wait for the onion rings so I listened in on their conversation - it was obvious they were trying to offend me. They talked about a manager that was mean and just transferred to Dunn Ave. They talked about employees who were not present, all of them were vulgar and caustic and then one of them said to me, "Don't you think our talk is boring?". I answered "not at all, it tells me alot about the kind of people you are"! With that, she slammed my burger and rings on the counter and I left. The onion rings were great and fresh cooked, but the burger was cold, the bread was cold, and there was something 'snotty' on the outside of the wrapping. I didn't take a pic, wish I would have. I will never go there again, it's a slop house. Employees were not even worth...
