I have been an Ellianos customer for almost a year and I prefer their food and drinks over other coffee shops. However, this morning, I came thru the drive thru and placed the same order that Iāve placed for the last 3 days. Ellianos is known to customize drinks so I ordered and paid for the SAME DRINK that Iāve ordered over the last 3 mornings. I proceeded to exit the line as I took my first sip, so I had to get back in line and wait another 25 minutes to get to the window..
I tell the young lady the drink she gave me was a smoothie and I didnāt order a smoothie. And I reiterated what I wanted, first she attempted to engage in a stare down before she asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I tell her AGAIN, what it was that I wanted and instead of her UNDERSTANDING or even trying to correct the order this unprofessional and rude child attempts to argue with me about the drink and I had to ask her why she was being aggressive and speaking to me the way she was if Iām not being rude nor aggressive with her. She the proceeded to tell me ā cause Iām trying to figure out how you goin tell me what we make and Iāve been making drinks for 2 yearsā. She then steps back and yells to her coworker, āaye, tell me one person thatās made that drink, Iāll waitā, came back to the window clapping her hands very child like and I had to repeatedly as her, why was she speaking to me so disrespectfully If Iām not giving her negative energy. She then calls me out my name, slams the window and walks off. Another employee returns to the window, and ask me to repeat the drink that I wanted and told me I could call the customer service number if I wish to file a complaint.

The young lady opened the drive thru window as I pulled up to place my order. She didn't greet me at all. She didn't say "Hello may I help you?" or " Hello what can I get you?, or anything". I proceeded to give my order. She stuck the tap pad/ order pad out the window and waited for me to tap. She didn't say what the total was or anything and closed the window. When she came back with my carmella freezer, she handed it to me and still continued to say nothing. I said " Thank you" and she just closed the window. I sat there and waited for her to come back so I could ask for a manager. I asked her "Did she speak English?" and she nodded her head and I asked her how come during this entire interaction you said nothing to me, ( no greeting, no what can I get you today?, no your total is,no we'll have right out or it'll be just a moment, no thank you, no have a nice day or come again) this woman was totally mute. She proceeded to tell me as I asked for a manger that her reason was because I was rude to her. I had no reason to be rude to her as pulled up in great spirits listening to my gospel music and I come here everyday and receive great service. She was totally unprofessional and dismissive. She blatantly lied and said I was rude to justify her behavior. I spoke to Kaleb, the lead crew member on board and explained the situation that occurred and he advised that she will be talked to about her actions and this not acceptable. He did offer to refund my order in exchange for the issue. This was totally unacceptable and although I'm a frequent customer today may have changed that. Recently went and a young lady by the name of Sophie . Had horrible customer service. Her body language was almost like I was bothering her and I need to hurry up with my order. She closed the window and I seen the other employees looking my way laughing like she is talking trash. I calmly asking for the manager number. Which one young lady replied that she couldn't legally give me her number. Which I wasn't asking for her personal number. Just a number to talk to management.
