Dani was very help and is a great sales person at least that’s what I thought. I purchased a bed from them November 2024 by the end of December 2024 the massage chair part of the bed ripped I’ve been in and out of the hospital due to complications and my pregnancy which my baby is scheduled to come March 2025 I filed a claim the end of January 2025 in regards to the issue that occurred in December 2024 and even though the sales rep Dani did tell me that this bed came with the extended warranty, the claim was denied and said I need to reach out to the furniture store because this bed comes with the warranty and they are supposed to replace it once I reach out to the store, the store manager said that this bed did not come with a one-year warranty and I will have to use my extended warranty which I explained to her. They denied it because they said I did not filed the claim within 30 days of the incident. It’s not my fault that I was in and out of the hospital and I did not know that I needed to file a claim within 30 days to get the issue resolved. The incident happened on Christmas Eve and I filed the claim on January 28 of 2025 and they denied the claim I’ve been going back-and-forth with the store manager sales reps and the extended warranty company and nobody wants to replace the bed now there’s damage in the same area just a different spot so I’ll contact the place that I finance to terminate and cancel my contract so I spent over $1200 on this bed that I had planned to have paid off by March 2 that they will not refund me my money back and now someone needs to schedule to come pick up this bed mind you I’m scheduled to have my baby next week. For the amount of money that I spent on this damn bed it should never have been damaged within 30 days of buying the bed. I should never have been lied to from the beginning in the first place and I feel like it’s the store n sales Rep responsibility to handle this situation instead of giving me the runaround for these last few months. I do not recommend this place at all!!! By the way, I never missed a payment and I also was paying extra to have it paid off early. I’m so pissed off. I have enough issues to be dealing with do not purchase anything from the store. All they do is lie. Months after this review Will the manager contacted me and apologized on behalf of company and replaced my chaise before I went into labor. Dani was excellent! She gets 10 stars from us! The 3 stars is for the other sales associate who helped with the financing part with SNAP! Please read your agreement in full. When you finance through SNAP they will not tell you you're financing more than what your asking. They will highlight your initial payment, your possible monthly payments and the 90 day option. Your paperwork will tell you the actual amount should you not pay it off in 90 days which is about 65% added to your balance but it's easily overlooked based on what's being told to you in the store. I left furniture source believing I was financing a little over $1700 but SNAP charges interest in advance and will give you the option to pay off your actual balance in 90 days and anything after that they add 65% and put you on a 12 month lease. I went to the Blanding Boulevard location to look at a living room and dining room set. Upon entering the store the Star Dani engaged us and let us know we would not be hounded, but she would be available for any help needed. I would like to mention that we then walked through the store a couple times completely looking around and during this time not one of the numerous employees asked if I need anything, only Dani! When I re-engaged with her about what exactly I was looking for, her very personable side showed through, in a very relating way she gave the time and attention needed for an exceptional experience!
