This is the worst chick Fil a I’ve ever visited. There’s been at least 4-5 instances where they’ve had horrible customer service to me alone. I order almost all the time by doing a mobile order. I have placed an order before and had to wait 30 minutes for it and I’m not even exaggerating. I showed the manager the time I placed the mobile order and the time I got my food and the managers excuse was “we don’t see the mobile orders until the order is submitted on the iPad”… so what’s the point of doing a mobile order then?? He didn’t offer anything for this inconvenience. I just left this chick Fil a 15 min ago and was told that hash browns were out at 9:53 am which isn’t the worst part. I’m fine if something is out of stock but don’t charge me for the substitute (fries) because you’re missing something I ordered. I asked to speak to a manager and she explained that the hash browns were out again. I told her that I did not think i should be charged for fries as I ordered hashbrowns and it isn’t my fault they were out. She replied and said “it isn’t our fault either” and handed me a free item card to use next time and walked off while I was still trying to talk to her I threw the card out the window and drove off. If I wanted a free item it would be the fries that I originally never asked for. And you would think they would have the decency to tell me I’m being charged for a substitute but they didn’t. It will be my last visit to this restaurant. The managers are terrible and provide the worst customer service ever at a chick Fil a. I bought from Phillips one day and waited for 20 min and they refunded my money and gave me the food. That’s what you call excellent customer service. Read moreThe food is great as always. But the absolute worst customer service experience of 25+years going to Chick-fil-A. Wish I got the manager's name but she walked away after her rudeness. I had an issue last time I was there with the food It was months ago but I had a receipt and a picture of the mix-up guy at the counter had no problem helping. But the manager said had been too long didn't even want to take time to look at my receipt or hear the issue she just said if it's past 24 to 48 hours can't help you. Eat here all the time, however, last night we both had a regular chicken deluxe combo it has made us so sick I cant go to work and my husband is at work suffering. I dont know if it was the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken or potatoes, coulda been bad sauce or contaminated tea not sure but I cant find the phone number to call and tell them something we ate from there made us sick!
They contacted us and apologized. Took our claim seriously and is trying to make it right. We appreciate being acknowledged. Chic Fil A has the best customer service...hands down!!! Our favorite...
