Coop DeVille — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Went to coop Deville after football game to pick up my to go order (6 piece wings plus other food). The black guy at the window was very nice and told us to pull around and wait. Got my food, went home and ate. I ate a few wings which wasn’t fried hard like I asked but it was still okay. One of the wings I picked up had a long string of hair attached to it. So you mean to tell me my chicken been sauced and tossed around with some hair on it. Disgusting. I called and I don’t know who the rude guy was that answered but he said he will only replace the two wings that the hair was attached to and I shouldn’t have eaten the other wings if I was going to want a whole replacement. Ummm sir who in their right mind would knowingly eat food with someone’s hair in it. You fool. Then going to say there is no one who work there with blonde or light colored hair. Um this was bad I ordered the jalapeño hot wings and fries with a cheesecake dessert and idk what I was expecting but it was NOT this the wings were extremely spicy which would’ve been ok but who’s wise idea was it to make them sweet too I was fighting for my life with every bite just for it to be sweet???? The past few times we have ordered from here, our order seemed to always have something wrong with it. Never had any problems with them getting our order correct until maybe the last 3 months. One occasion we actually ordered delivery, and they forgot our appetizer, so I immediately called after it was dropped off, and they said they would get I out to us as soon as they could... well an hour goes by, and by the time it got to our home, which is not that far away, I wasn't even in the mood for it anymore. They very last time I ordered, the person on the phone taking the order continuously was asking me to repeat myself. So I was having to raise my voice pretty loud for him to be able to hear me, I was inside in a quiet room. I have also noticed that if I speak super slow, and enunciate each order very clearly in order for them to not add something that I did not order at all, or leave something completely off...
