Crumbl - Mandarin — Restaurant in Jacksonville

So, placed a delivery order through the app at 630pm, said delivery time would be 730pm, called the store back at 830pm when no order arrived, they said they'd look into it, I called back at 930pm when no cookies had arrived even though they had my $, they said cancel my order (refund would not be given for 5 business days) and put in a new order. Cancelled, put in a new order, but it wouldn't let me complete the order because delivery would be outside of business hours. So I had to have it delivered the next day. In all, put in 3 orders. Cookies ended up finally being delivered 24 hours later. Called store to see if they offered any type of reimbursement for the inconvenience, and they said no because it was a door dash issue. I didn't choose door dash to deliver in any way, didn't pay door dash, and didn't otherwise deal with door dash. I guess i would hope for a little better customer service when forking out over $30 total cost for 6 cookies. OUCH! Cookies were pretty good at least ($5.50/cookie good...

Horrible customer service and unpleasant first time experience. I was not greeted upon entry(which didn’t bother me) nor ask what I needed as I waited at the pick up sign for 20minutes(I wish I was lying) What makes this so displeasing is that I was the only customer at the time. The store was empty of customers. Once customers start coming in they were getting served before me. While I patiently stood there. The cashier completely ignored my existence. I finally spoke up to ask for assistance, even though she knew I was there for a long time. Guess what? My order was ready the entire time. I understand it can get overwhelming and guest can get overlooked. But I was the only guest in the store at the time. The cashier literally had to see me in order to get to the register and then pass out orders. I should have requested a manager but I wanted to be patient since it was my first time there and I wasn’t familiar with...

I am so sick of Crumbl Cookies, I tried so hard to get my friend a gift of their Red Velvet cookies and I have waited and waited since Christmas of 2021 and the one week that I don't follow them around like a lost puppy, they have it. I catch it on Doordash on Sunday night, place an order just from them to change their menu on monday!! Crumbl has the worst business practice I have ever seen, change your rotation every week is impossible to follow. Now I feel bad because I let my friend down and Crumbl lied to me. At least make it every 2 weeks and then change, every week is terrible as far as business is considered and if it wasn't for the hype, I'm sure Crumbl would be in trouble.
