If I could only rate the delivery driver, Glenn, the rating would be a 5 star. But after a 3 hour wait, when originally estimated as 25-35 minutes when I placed my order, and being hung up on the first 4 phone calls and no one answering on the 5th. All calls spanning over an hour. Whoever answered, who wouldn't give out her name, started the call with just "Hello" and "is this a delivery for [insert someone else's address]" when I said no, she rattled off someone else's phone number. I told her I was calling about an order that had already been placed 90 minutes earlier. She replied with "Oh, well we only have one driver and he has 9 orders he's delivering. I don't know what to tell you". When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold and then hung up on. (This was the first time). It's Football season, and Sundays are going to be busier...I get it. But if the algorithm on their website isn't accurately calculating estimated wait times and are off so grossly that 35 minutes means 180 minutes, maybe they need to staff appropriately or improve their customer service. Had I received notification there were issues I could have made other...
Read moreAfter 35 mins our order wasn’t even started. They were out of pepperoni and didn’t start our order which included items that didn’t include pepperoni. The employees were less than professional. They couldn’t even find the order by name I had to provide an order number and then when I requested to cancel since they didn’t even build it yet after 35 mins the cashier said he couldn’t. He proceeded to stand there just staring at me like I did something wrong. I asked who can provide the credit. He point to someone working. I requested the refund and he had long blonde hair and quite heavy. He was extremely rude and finally issued the refund that I won’t receive until Tuesday. Today is Friday. This is our local dominoes and now we will give our business to papa John’s on Dunn. I am beyond shocked at the attitudes we received. They said they were under staffed but 8 employees were working. Sounds like the wrong ppl on the bus which created chaos and attitudes. Do better dominoes. Without paying customers your store...
Read moreDomino's was our go to when we were in the Military, especially when pulling a late night shift. We decided to get a nice meaty pizza with the trimming on our way out of Walmart as we were waiting my husband observed the guy making our pizza with his bare hands He asked him if he could put on gloves and make him another pizza. . He put the gloves on and made little comments that his hands were clean. Whatever he was doing when we came in, he should of washed his hands before he started making that pizza. My husband asked for his money back, Which he gave him. The gloves were readily accessible, with all the health concerns going on, why was he making pizzas without them? I'm sure this is not the first time he has done this to customers, the sad part is I think he was the manager, he was the one that gave us the refund and not the woman who waited on us, he definitely could take some customer service etiquette lessons from her, her demeanor was totally different from his. I definitely will not order from...
