Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

If I could rate it no stars I would. I ordered a white pizza with grilled chicken. Let’s just start by saying there were maybe 4 bite size pieces of chicken on this pizza and then chicken crumbles. I took a bite of pizza that only had a small piece of chicken and got a whiff that smelled like the chicken was rancid. It was so much garlic sauce so it hid the taste. I picked a piece off and had my husband to taste and he said all he tasted was garlic. I took one of the bigger pieces and broke it in half and it literally turned to mush in my fingers. I had my husband to smell it again and it was literally sour chicken. I called the store and the person I was speaking to was so rude and dismissive. I told him I didn’t care about a refund, I just didn’t want them to serve that chicken to anyone else and hung up. My husband called back and demanded a refund not because we wanted one but because I had him on speaker and he heard just how rude he was to me. I get it, things happen. I just wanted to warn them but the customer service was awful and I was treated like I was “bothering” them. I didn’t even care about the money, I just didn’t want anyone...

I always buy pizza here because it close to my home. But this time I got a high price for my pizza. When the little fool who was taking my order went to talk to the girl in charge I guess about our pizza she kept looking at us. I guess you get good prices according to what you look like. I got mad and told him what I thought was on my mind. He went and told her and when I went to pick up my pizza they said they would not serve me again if I spoke the words I spoke. I don't care if you have to give a price, why do you keep looking at me. Do people who look a diffrent way get better Prices? Maybe. I was told they would not serve me again if I said what I said again. Who cares there are plenty of Pizza places around here. Then give all your customers the same prices regardless of thier skin color. ...

I ordered online. 3 pizzas some bread bites and a chicken Caesar salad. I got there and the food was done on time. The pizzas were good. My issue is with the salad. I got home and I noticed that some of the lettuce was brown and the salad didn't look right. I looked at the lid/plastic film and the expiration date is whited out. I spoke to the manager he was very apologetic and assured me that it was from the case that had an expiration of today and had not already expired, just some were not printed correctly/all the way either way he made the situation right. Just be sure to check your salad before you leave just in case. Also be aware that if the phone hangs up while on hold that it's because they couldn't get to it fast enough and it automatically hangs up so...
