Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I've changed my review from five stars to one star. Will not be back, your rude and unprofessional employees have cost you a family of customers. You need to train your employees to be nicer, especially when somebody doesn't feel inclined to give them a tip for pressing buttons on a touchscreen. Today was my third, and final, visit to Jeremiah's. My first visit was great, the second one left my hand covered in a poorly prepared and sloppy mess and today I had the cup thrust at me. They overloaded the top of the treat with cookie crumble and it flew all over my arm and inside my car... The employee was visibly annoyed that I clicked "no tip" on the iPad. Very immature.

On top of poor customer service, the employees allow loud, rowdy teens to sit inside screaming and cussing. Nobody should have to listen to that when going out with their families to get ice cream. I thought Jeremiah's would be our new go-to spot for frozen treats, but I was clearly mistaken. I'm not even going to "try another location", if they exhibit this behavior at one location they probably allow it at all locations. You've lost a customer, will...

I always love visiting Jeremiah’s; especially this location. The tropical flavors are my favorite - So refreshing. The fact that you can put colorful sprinkles & nerds on top of your Italian ice or gelati makes it so fun!

Huge perk: free pup cups. Peanut butter ice with vanilla soft serve! Please don’t ever get rid of this feature bc I’m sure I speak for all pet parents out there by saying we Really appreciate this. My pup essentially lives here in the summer time. Every time I bring my dog with me the staff is even more friendly and sweet, and delighted to make a pup cup for my hairy dood.

Jeremiah’s really is such a great spot no matter which location you visit. It’s perfect for families + friends. The prices are reasonable, the environment is always very clean, staff is hospitable and nice, and the games outside at some of the locations make it that much more...

I recently visited Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Jacksonville and decided to try their famous Gelati, and I’m so glad I did. I went with a mix of mango Italian ice and vanilla soft serve, and the blend of the refreshing, fruity ice with the creamy, rich ice cream was absolutely perfect for a hot Florida afternoon. The flavor combo was delightful, though I will say the mango was a tad lighter than I anticipated. The service was fast and friendly, and I appreciated that the staff let me sample a couple of flavors before making my final choice. The outdoor seating area was a nice bonus, giving me a cozy spot to enjoy my treat while soaking in the sunshine. The portion size was generous for the price, and I’m already planning my next visit to experiment with other flavor combinations. Jeremiah’s definitely lived up to the hype, and I can’t wait to...
