Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Never ordered from Jet's Pizza before but have seen ads on FB and online. Ordered the 8 corner with 1 types of pepperoni andthe other was olives, sausage and mushrooms... and also wings. Walking up to the place I saw the chain belt convection oven you see at all the cheap place like Domino's and Papa John's which made me immediately disappointed. I figured this was going to be lousy fast pizza like other places with that type of oven. The food was ready about the same time the oder said it would be. People behind the counter were busy but still friendly. Getting g the pizza I noticed that for a small box (12"x16") it felt really heavy. Walking out I noticed the pizza and wings smelled really good, so I had hope. Getting home the wings were very flavorful. I had ordered the hot wings and they are by no means extremely hot but has a good amount of heat and flavor, a nice vinegar based hot sauce with good flavor. I wish they were crispy but without a fryer that's not going to happen.

Pizza actually look really good. Being deep dish, the edges and crust had a nice crispy texture without being hard, and bread was flavorful for being their plain. Pepperoni were crispy without being burnt. I love the cup shaped pepperoni and they have it so bonus points. Sauce is good, very basic but has good flavor. Sausage was ground chunks, and like other toppings a good amount.

Overall not my favorite pizza as I typically like NY style well done, but this was good. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for groups like games on TV or parties as you can get a lot of different toppings for not a bad price. Wings flavor good, better than I has last...

We ordered Jet's pizza last night for the first time and what we got was the worst pizza we have ever had. When we called back this morning to notify the manager, he was inconsiderate and acted like he didn't even care. He basically told us, "We can discount a pizza, but we refuse to replace it for free." I even told him we still have the pizza and would gladly return it. I should've known not to order last night.... Neither person I talked to we're even friendly. No manners, didn't say thank you for your order etc.... We work for our money in this household and will spend it elsewhere where it's appreciated. "STAY AWAY!!!"; I hate seeing that in a review, but this place is well deserved for it. Owners need to evaluate who you have managing this store. Only one in one hundred people who call with a complaint are trying to get free food. Well we were one of the 99 people with a legitimate complaint. You just lost a customer that spends over $1000 a year ordering pizza over $15.99. Just think of the possible others you're loosing that don't take the time to post, or share their...

I recently ordered from the restaurant hoping to try it out because I’ve never had it. The pizza that I ordered was not supposed to have any meat because I am a vegetarian, and after calling the business and telling them that if I can have the order replaced, they absolutely refused and would not give me a refund/credit of any type. I am disappointed in the management of not at least working with me halfway, even though I was delivered an order that I did not place. I think it’s important to note that I had not even touched one slice of the pizza, so the fact that I couldn’t get some sort of credit of any sorts for a mistake on their part is appalling. I won’t ever see myself conducting business at this establishment again for the complete and utter disregard to my dietary restrictions, and the poor taste in managements handling...
