I went there yesterday and ordered a #1 without tomato add sauce and mustard. I did not check the sub as I was on a road trip to Greenville and was going to eat it on the road. I got around Richlands and went to eat my food and it had tomatoes on it. I am allergic to raw tomatoes so I could not eat my food. I called and told the manager what happened he said that he was going to fix it all I had to do was come back I told him that I was on a road trip and would not be back for a while. He took my name and I repeated my order from earlier and he said just come back and they would make it right. I was happy and stopped and got a bit of food from another shop on the way.
Today me and my wife stopped and decided to go get food at Jimmy Johns and I told them my name and that the manager was going to correct my order. They did not ask me anything they told me to come to the window once there they handed me a sandwich. As I drove off my wife suggested that I check my food. I did and there was no deli mustard on the sandwich so I drove back around to the window and asked if I could get some deli mustard. The people at the window said that they had yellow mustard packet or he could put deli mustard on the sandwich. I asked for the deli mustard. I handed my sandwich over and told them that I appreciated it he walked off with my food and a few minutes later two other people came back with my food and told me that their manager disallowed them from putting mustard on my sandwich since I had opened it. I said "Really?" Then the guy behind them said it wasn't on the order so the manager is not going to allow us to put it on your sandwich. I did not realize that getting mustard on a sandwich was such an ordeal. They then offered my sandwich back and much to my credit or more likely due to the proximity of my wife I was very polite when I told them "No you can keep it." I then left and went to the jimmy johns on western and got a sandwich with no tomatoes and with deli mustard in under 2 minutes with not arguing...
Read moreSo irritated with this place! I always come here at least a couple times a month. Went here Monday since kids activities took longer than planned. They messed up my husband sandwich drastically. He ordered a #13, all that was on the sandwich when we got home was a small amount of meat and two pickle slices. They also didn’t ring up the chips I ordered but charged for a large dr. Pepper that I didn’t ask for. I called them to rectify the issue since they got it wrong, they just passed the phone around and all said that I didn’t even order through them. Not only we’re both my husband and I there I have the receipt to prove it was their store #!!!!!! I even gave them my reward member phone number that THEY asked for when I ordered to show I was just there. Absolutely worst customer experience I’ve ever had, doubt I will continue going back after this. It’s stressful planning dinners so late that this was suppose to be an easy pick up dinner kind of thing, then to be told I was wrong when they messed up is absolutely horrible customer service! This place needs better management! Also not to mention the people working there that night were so high off their butts they couldn’t comprehend simple tasks. So...

Decided to call and get a replacement but for another night as we had already made it home and didn't feel like going back out after the long day we had. The person on the phone said that was fine and it would be credited. The manager called minutes later, wanting to know what was wrong with the sub as they are the one that made it... I told them it was missing a meat and barely had any meat on it compared to almost all the other subs I received in the past. He said he made it, so he was sure there was turkey (that was the missing meat) on it and I would need to bring it back to show it had no turkey to a have it remade or he would just offer a partial refund. So... even after a long day, I went up and showed him there was, in fact, no turkey and about half the meat it should have... He then says, "How do I know you didn't take it off!" He then refused to make my sub as I ordered and said the most he could do is give me a partial credit!
