The first time I walked in this store I felt like I was being attacked by the sales people!! They only worry about getting you money and then your nothing to them!! Over all this is the Worst store ever!!! My wife went in while I was deployed and purchased a mattress for $1500 with a 10 year warranty. After 2 years the mattress fell apart. When I called about the warranty I was told they didn't have any records of it. I was lied to numerous times. They only wanted to give me $900 for my mattress and not what I paid for it. The only way I could get anything somewhat resolved is talk to the owner and I still had to pay $500 out of my Pocket just to get my mattress exchanged!!!
Also when you walk in the store you feel like you are being attacked by the sales people. It's like a gauntlet having to walk through just to look at something.
If you have any problems with the sales department you will have to deal with an old man who is the floor manager and he is extremely rude and disrespectful.

I have had issues with the store in Goldsboro on Ash St. Priscilla told us that the furniture we ordered on the 2nd was actually on the truck that was to be delivered the next day so we would have our furniture Tuesday at the latest Wednesday. Thursday, I called to see where our furniture was and was told that it was on back order until the 28th. She then called me back that evening to let me know that our furniture was going to be delivered to the warehouse on the 11th and would be delivered to my house on the 12th. I called to see where my furniture was and guess what it wasn't delivered. I called the Jacksonville warehouse to find out that they only get 1 Ashley Furniture truck a week and the next one wouldn't be until the 17th which is still no guarantee that our furniture would be on that truck. Needless to say I will make it known what shady service I received at this store, canceling my order, and going to the BBB. So just a heads up to stay away from...
Read moreUPDATE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They called me a few days after this review. I took leave to ensure I was home so they could come see the couch. The service rep said with how many issues it has, it would likely need a full replacement. This is Jan 15. One month later, Feb 14 they come pick up one section of the couch (1 of 4 parts btw) and bring it back the 17th. They didnt repair any of the tears. The only thing they did was replace the seat cushion. A huge waste of my time and my time off. Ive called numerous times and have been told Id get a call back and NOTHING.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service while in person is the ONLY upside to this experience. Our sectional is tearing at multiple seams, which isnt covered of course! We both work full time, so for a couch that is seeing minimal use, Id expect it to look as such.
