I would NEVER recommend the furniture place to anyone. They make you think theyâre giving you a deal and care about you until they get your money, then you are the least of their worries. I ordered a section with and extra love seat in February, I advised them I didnât need the sectional until April but wanted to order early so it would be there when I needed it. I was told the sectional would take about two weeks to arrive and they would just hold it in the back until I was ready for it. So April comes and I called 3 days ahead of when I was moving to make sure my sectional was there for pickup. I was advised it was there and ready for me to pickup. On moving day I go there to pick it up and everyone was walking by me like they didnât see me there. I spoke with the manager about picking up my furniture and he told me go to the back, as if he couldnât care less about why I was there. My sales person Eddie finally comes to work to let the workers know which sectional is mine and after my husband loaded the section, Eddie says oh yeah your extra piece didnât come we will have it to you by next Friday. I was very frustrated because he had plenty of opportunities to tell me that and decided to do it when I came to pick it up. That next Friday has come and gone and I still havenât received it. I called many times trying to get what I paid cash for and they just keep giving me run around. I called one day and asked to speak with Eddie, I was told by the secretary, âhe may call you back, Iâm not sure.â This is not a way to treat a paying customer!! I have just been given broken promise after broken promise. PLEASE if you want to be treated like a customer instead of like a SELL! DO NOT GO TO THIS FURNITURE PLACE!    Read moreWe were told my furniture would take about a month to come in and get delivered, our bed frame and mattress got delivered in time but our couch ended up taking about two months. When it got delivered we were told it was missing a piece and they werenât sure when it would be here. I was understanding considering the circumstances, however we ordered in January, didnât get our couch until late March, and now (in July) just got the missing piece to our couch. I found it crazy they expected us to keep making payments while not having our stuff and missing pieces but we did anyway. When the delivery guys got here, they told me that my couch piece had been at the store for awhile now and that my sales person just never called me to set up a time frame to bring it. I called him for months trying to see where it was. I gave two stars because the delivery people are nice and helpful and the place overall is decently priced for the quality furniture youâre getting, however the customer service isnât great and they took forever without keeping in touch to update us. On top of that, we have to make payments in store because apparently they donât allow them over the phone which is fine, but weâre greeted with an attitude by the lady at the desk almost every single time we go in and tell her weâre making a payment.    Read moreMy elderly Mom has spent $2700 with them. Two chairs from her kitchen table wobble and they have "tried" to fix them several times. They blamed it on our floor, but the others seem to be fine. Hmm... not sure how this could be the case. We finally had to ask to have them replaced. Still waiting on them to come in. Mind you, this has been almost 3 months. We still do not have a night stand we ordered either. Mark down Mike told us it would take 3 weeks to have this in, and 3 months later we are still waiting. Mike was super nice at first, but now he does not care about you. He has no empathy for the amount of money my Mom spent and how long we have waited. He said other customers have waited over a year. I am not sure this is something he should brag about. His excuse it is the pandemic. If this is the case, do not tell customers a time frame. He is not helpful when you call him now and is very condescending. I also asked about a refund since we received poor quality furniture and still do not have all of our pieces. He said it is on the bottom of your receipt that we do not offer refunds. So we are stuck with poor quality and missing items for who knows how long.
