Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an online order for a sandwich that was supposed to be just meat and cheese.. I got the sandwich delivered, and it had everything on it. I called the store to tell them, and I got "it was made according to the ticket". I know for sure I clicked customize and removed all the unwanted items. All I got in response was there's nothing we can do. Then after hearing my frustration they offered a credit. I don't want A credit I wanted the sandwich I ordered. I told the "manager" that I will never order from here again, and hung up. I guess I should've read the reviews on here, because if I did I probably wouldn't have ordered from here. Revising my previous 4 star review.... A couple of weeks ago I ordered a veggie unwich. When I opened it at home, the several layers of "wrap" was all rusty. Very rusty. So I decided to just eat the inside as a salad. There was no lettuce insde, just a slice of tomato, a few cucumber slices, and some mayo. I called back to speak to the manager, who was very nice and offered me a credit, which I tried to refuse. He insisted and put the credt on my phone number. Walked in to order and was greeted as usual. Ordered and was told the fountain soda machine was broke and they only had cans. Grabbed a can and got ice from the fountain. Went to the bathroom and it smelled terrible. Take a drink of soda and it has a bad taste, turns out it and all cans in the mini fridge expired over a year ago.
