KFC — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This has to be one of the worst kfc restaurant's I've ever seen and encountered. This restaurant has the worst and most disrespectful employees that ive ever seen and encountered. Unfortunately, I witnessed the most disgusting treatment of an elderly disabled couple. The elderly disabled couple had just rolled up there one in a wheelchair and the other on foot pushing the wheelchair. As soon as they finally arrives to the restaurant they were denied entry into the restaurant but a very disrespectfully worker shouted out to them that they can go thru the drive thru. As they rolled themselves around to the drive thru to get their order taken no one came to the speaker to take their. The elderly couple were standing there waiting in the heat waiting on any worker to come but no one came. So they walked to the window to get the workers attention and finally someone came to the window but the couple didnt know that a car had come up to the speaker and thats why someone had finally came to the window. But the worker didnt come to take their order the worker came to tell them to move out of the drive thru. And as they were trying to explain what was happening and why they were at the window the worker so disrespectfully yelled at the elderly couple and closed the window before that vehicle made its way to the window. Needless to say that the poor elderly couple that had to walk and wheel themselves all the way up there just to get treated in such a horrible disgusting way that nk one young or old should be treated and they still didnt get their meals. Instead they got yelled at and treated like they were some sort of animals and criminals all because they were hungry and unable to afford a vehicle. I can't and will never understand how people can treat each other that way all because they want to abuse the little bit of power that they hold just by controlling a window or a door. Especially with things being even harder for all of us now. These workers couldve helped this elderly couple but they chose to let their little bit of power go to their evil heads. Its just disgusting knowing that there are people out here going all because of employees and people like the ones at this kfc. The worst experience ever!!!! Management allows crew to do whatever they want. We came two hours before closing, sat in line for 20 minutes, were initially told there was an additional 30 minute wait for chicken. Then returning to my order,after leaving her mic on, the drive thru cashier informs me that "someone" cut the grease off and they won't be cooking any more chicken tonight....this is a chicken restaurant. I said I DIDN'T want white meat with my 12piece and she says to me "we cut off the grease cause we don't have no more white meat"..... Mind you I didn't want white meat in the first place! Nevermind the fact that I heard her over the mic she forgot to turn off that a crew member had just dropped enough for the last car but it'll take 20 for more. Not knowing that I heard this, the cashier tried to not only convince me that it was perfectly acceptable to tell me that the management allowed the grease to be cut off two hours before the store stops serving customers but that I should be ok with her basically telling me that even though they have the meat I want for my family that she nor her crew feel like cooking it. That was a level of disregard for PAYING customers that I had never experienced before. I went to Popeyes. I passed two Popeyes and a Churches to try to buy food HERE. While on the phone with corporate the representative heard their competition handle my order like they wanted my money😒 I could have saved gas and time 🙄 the price was the same! The food was fresh af and the people acted like * yeah we working yeah we tired ( cause I understand staff shortages I promise I was nice per usual... My visit at this location sad to say as often as I've frequented, has a very low to poor quality of customer service. This time around was no different, quite dissatisfying. Just wondering why is it that when we go into certain areas of town, the quality of service we should receive, and the quantity of what we expect although displayed are usually slim to none? Needless to say this location was out of green beans, hot wings, white meat and who knows what else. The floor in the lobby near the counter had paper that was constantly being ignored by staff, and was not cleaned for as long as I sat down to dine in (35 min). The manager and young lady at the counter seemed to be agitated with me when I begin taking pictures, so their remarks were " Smile for the camera" and "What is she taking pictures for?" Instead of being concerned about why I'm taking pictures, I believe focus and energy could have been better implemented making sure that the lobby was clean and that product was in stock for customers. However the chicken I did receive was hot and fresh, the wait time was somewhat short, this location does have the tendency to have long wait times, depending on the time of day you go.
