LOVE LOVE LOVE you go boy hibachi. I order from here so much , the owner knows how I like my orders as soon as I walk in lol , great customer service, calming atmosphere & even better food . My favorite are the Mizu rolls that are sold Thursday thru Saturday only . if I crave food from here Monday thru Wednesday, I always get the hibachi chicken with extra veggies & extra rice . I order from You Go Boy Hibachi at least 1or 2 times a week and if I miss a day , I grab 2 items the next time I visit . YES ,Its that GOOD !

Iā€™m from Mississippi so the food truck world is new to me and hibachi i always assumed might be a toss up. Let me tell you , this might be the best damn hibachi iā€™ve ever had . The salmon melts in your melt and has tons of seasonings . The shrimp also have wonderful seasoning . The only improvement i would say would be the texture of the rice but itā€™s still good . 10/10 recommend. had me wanting to talk to the cook myself .

Customer service was terrible, the cashier couldnā€™t seem to find a show on Netflix which was more important I guess. The food was disappointing for the price point there was more vegetables than anything. The inside seating table clothes were so dirty I ate in my car instead. Last but not least when I grabbed the utensils out the bag they were molded inside of the plastic .. pictures included.

Today I stopped by You Go Boy ā€“ Hibachi & More and Iā€™m so glad I made it just in time ā€” I literally got the last shrimp and chicken plate! The ownerā€™s daughter was working the register, which I thought was the cutest thing ever. Gotta start them young, right?

The whole experience had such a warm, family-oriented vibe. I actually found them while I was searching for a spot to eat on Google, and then I double-checked with my crew over at Rio to University because they always keep it real with me.

The food? Amazing. The shrimp and chicken were cooked perfectly, the rice was fluffy, and the vegetables were seasoned just right. And that sauceā€¦ wow. Every bite was a win.

The team was so sweet and patient with me, and I loved the location ā€” plus, the art on the outside of the building is beautiful. I saw on TikTok that they used to have a food truck in the parking lot, and now theyā€™ve been in this building for just two months. Thatā€™s such an inspiring example of hard work paying off. Black excellence at its finest!

Overall, itā€™s a solid 10 out of 10 from me. Iā€™ll definitely be back for...

I ordered wings, rice with egg and a sushi roll. inside my rice the egg was fired hard and placed on top of my rice drenched in bbq sauce and a the only thing that was good were the wings , however they were drenched in some form of mustard bbq sauce I was so confused because this is suppose to be a hibachi food truck ? Why is bbq on my wings ? The sushi roll was ok .. fired pretty hard it has real crab meat in it, but it didnā€™t meet my exceptions of what I thought it would taste like it was definitely bland!
