Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Horrible! Bad customer service! Employees seem to not want to their jobs properly! Instead of working they are busy chit chatting at the register, while customers are awaiting to place orders. Pizza is never freshly made, barely any cheese, each pizza made us made definitely! Some may have a little to no sauce and some may be piled, over flowing with sauce! I went to purchase 7 pizzas for a party for little ones. There was a female who had just pulled trash from the front trash can. Went to the back, handled her phone, walks over to the prep station and starts to prep the pizzas I had just ordered. So I spoke with the cashier that took my order prior. I asked why is it that she didn't have wash her hands after dealing with trash and her cell phone, and should she not be wearing gloves. The cashier stated they aren't required to wear gloves. She talk to the nasty employee. I watch her wash her hands then take a new bag of cheese and pour it in to a new container and place the old cheese in the near fridge. I never will recommend this...

So this is my second time having a horrible experience at this location but yesterday was too much 3 of the most disrespectful young people the one on the register she never smiled she acted like it was the costumes fault that she chose this job I ordered 1 pizza 1 order of bread sticks and some wings 45 minutes I waited while being treated like myself and the room full of people waiting sid something wrong by spending our money with them but I will never go back to this place never I have never been so insulted these ppl do this because they think that we will continue to spend our money with them no matter what but I hope whoever reads this spend their money somewhere else because at this point you get...

Normally I don’t post reviews, but it really bothers me when o get off of work from my job to try and get here before close and the cashier just refuses an order. I arrived at 9:45pm and the business closes at 10pm. Explain to me why I couldn’t have gotten a pizza when it takes 5 entire minutes to cook one. Yeah I get you want to go home, but then get an office job where there is no clean up required! Every other restaurant services guests up until the last seconds of operating hours.
