This place is a stable in the neighborhood or should I say use to be. I use to go all the time in my highschool days and my grandmother still loves this place however the worst customer service ever. The lady that took the order was very rude. Frist of all I didn't know they are a cash only establishment. In a paperless society that was unexpected no signs posted stating such. I went thru the Drive thru the lady who took our order had a chip on her shoulder after placing my order I handed her my debit card she so rudely said ",CASH ONLY" as I looked down to retrieve what cash I had she walks away to the next car saying nothing to me. Everything in me said leave but I was blocked in once she was walking back to go inside I said ma'am how much was it she rudely repeated the price grabbed my money and walked away. OMG I was raised to say please and thank you and your welcome although I kept my upbringing she said NOTHING she pushed the food in the window and motioned for me to get my change after all that the food taste nothing like the good ole days no seasoning what so ever. After that horrible customer service trust I will never go back. I will not be rudely treated for any food no matter the taste. Loyalty to this business I believe has kept it opened All these years!! Ordered a seafood dinner, was not pleased at all A few OK shrimp, A few OK oysters, a TINY CRAB PATTIE! 2 slices of OLD TOAST! 2 scoops of potatoe salad was ok. TINY PIECES OF square FISH WAS DRY AND HORRIBLE! THAT'S ALL FOLKS! WHAT WAS SERVED YEARS AGO IS STILL BEING SERVED! LINES ARE LONG WITH CARS BLOCKING TRAFFIC WAITING TO EAT THIS TERRIBLE FOOD. I visited this place twice last week. The food was great the first time but the lady who came to the car to take my order was very rude and inpatient. She was talking to me like it's my fault she has to walk the parking lot to take orders. She also was also cleaning debri from under her long fingernails while taking my order so when I mention it to her she tell me . " maam I dont make food " lol ! So I decided to visit again a few days later . This time it was a younger female who took my order and her attitude was as worst as her coworker . I stayed humble though . The food was horrible .
