Pizza was good, BUT THE SERVICE WAS NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EVEN EXPECT FROM GRADE SCHOOL KIDS. THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. WE ORDER ONE PIZZA NOTHING ELSE. GOT HOME WAS EATING THE PIZZA ROMA LOOKED AT THE RECEIPT NOTICED THEY HAD CHARGE THE RIGHT PRICE FOR THE PIZZA BUT NOTICED THEY HAD BILLED US FOR DIPS RIGHT AT $2 EACH. THAT WE DID NOT ORDER NOR DID WE RECEIVE THE DIPS. WE FINISHED EATING THEN ROMA SAID IâLL JUST RUN BACK UP THERE. ROMA SAID WHEN SHE TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER THAT THEY OVER CHARGED HER THE GIRL SAID WHERE IS THE PIZZA, ROMA TRIED TO EXPLAIN THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE PIZZA JUST THEY CHARGED $12 FOR DIPS WE DIDNâT ORDER NOR GET. AGAIN THE GIRL SAID WELL WHERE IS THE PIZZA, ROMA SAID WE EAT THE PIZZA NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE PIZZAâŚ..YOU JUST OVER CHARGED FOR SOME DIPS. THE GIRL SAID âI GUESS YOU WANT A REFUNDâ YES, SO THE GIRL GAVE ROMA A FULL REFUND FOR THE WHOLE TICKET. ROMA TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT IS NOT RIGHT,,,, THE GIRL REALLY GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH A RUDE TONE IN HER VOICE SAID âNOW WHAT,,,,JUST LEAVE!â Roma then ask to speak to the manger she pointed to a young man and said he is the owner!!!! Roma told the young man with employees with an attitude like she has itâs going to hurt your business the Guy that was pointed out as the owner said to Roma in a rude voice just leave âBYE!!!!â Sad thing is we usually are in that store about three times a week. They CONTINUALLY served people who walked in long after my order was placed, and only addressed how long it was taking for me specifically after I had already waited over 50 minutes. They told me they hadn't even begun my order yet and it would be another 10 minutes at that point, and it was another 25 before I finally got my food. Unacceptably bad service.
If they had just told me 20 minutes in I'd have to wait another hour because they wanted to serve literally every customer that ordered after me before getting to me, then I'd have just asked for a refund, went somewhere else, and it would have been fine. But they wanted to keep me waiting, so they never mentioned the wait time they'd be imposing on me, and only me.
They wasted an hour and a half of my Sunday, they treated me like I wasn't as important as the other customers, and they thought a quick little "Sorry" would be enough. Your "Sorry" won't bring back all that extra time I had to wait, it won't excuse why you treated every other customer...
   Read moreI just want others to be aware of the discrimination that I witnessed at Little Caesars Pizza in Jacksonville Tx today: While waiting on my order, there was a Hispanic lady that had been waiting by the door without a mask for about 5 minutes and when she got to the cashier to place here order she was denied service by the cashier and manager because she did not have a mask on after she had already been in the room for minutes waiting! Then, right when I am about receive my order, a Caucasian man comes through the door, also WITHOUT a mask! He goes to place his order without issues all while NOT having a mask, receiving friendly customer service, and happily walks out. I complained to the manger and he had nothing to say about this discrimination. If you are going to deny service to an individual because they donât have a mask then service should be denied to EVERYONE that doesnât have one, not just some and that goes for all...
