We eat at Subway pretty regularly, in Jacksonville and in the Fort Worth area where we're originally from. The Jacksonville location is usually pretty clean and food ok. Sometimes they don't get an order quite right, but it's something I can live with. The overall size of the bread loaves have gotten smaller/thinner which isn't ideal, but, who needs to eat all that bread, right?
This evening's meal is not acceptable and is the proverbial straw on the camel's back. I am pretty angry and will likely not ever eat at this location again.
We ordered 2 foot long Italian BMT sandwiches using the Buy One - Get One 50% Off deal. Sandwiches appeared a little light, but we were both very hungry and dig right in. It doesn't seem right, we look, and I kid you not, there was about half or less of the normal amount of meat that should have been on it. I believe one of the 3 meats on an Italian BMT wasn't even there. You normally see the meat covering the bread on the bottom side, but today.... It was a single slice, folded over and covered less than half of the skinny bread loaf. 4 maybe 5 slices for the entire footlong? I wish I'd taken photos. Were they almost out of meat? Was this a new person? Was this intentional?
Normally, I am full after eating half the footlong. Today I have eaten all of it and I'm still starving. A complete waste of money. I actually feel they stole from me, ripped me off. I'm mad at them and mad that I didn't think to take pictures.

Just a bad attitude because she couldn’t get my order right even after repeating myself to her numerous of times and still tried to blame me for the mistakes that they caused. Since she couldn’t never get the order right and was very rude to me I Just had her to refund me my money at this point because ain’t no telling if they were going to do something bad to the sandwiches by the way they were talking and I don’t play about my food. What made it even worse is when she said she was the manager on staff. Crazy to me for her to be the manager acting that kind of way toward customers.
