Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Arrived @6:53pm and ordered inside. Could barely understand counter person because she wouldn't speak up. I asked about the fenceroni pepperoni pizza. There was a picture of it above her head and she acted like she didn't know the picture was up there. I asked if it was a thin crust pizza because that's what it looked like. She said it wasn't. I ordered two pizzas and she was in such a hurry that I almost didn't get to put the breadsticks on my order. She said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We stepped outside and waited in our car. At 7:15 p.m. we returned inside and waited an additional 10 minutes for the pizzas. The girl that took our order saw us but did not give us our order right away even though it was done. Our pizzas were sitting on a steel table next to the drive-thru window and we're not given to us until 25 minutes after 7:00 p.m. when we finally got the pizzas my wife opened the box to check that we had the right ones. Almost all of the pepperoni was burned but we were not very happy at that point so we just took the pizzas and left. We ended up throwing most of it away because it was inedible. We have been going to this Little Caesars for years but the last two times were enough to say no more. I recommend they re-staff as soon as possible. The only person that looked like he cared was...

I had to give 1 star (can't post review without a star) it deserves a -1 in my book. Be VERY cautious when ordering here. I've only gone thru the drive thru to pick up my orders until recently. I walked in, ordered & watched in horror to see they prep, make & package EVERY ORDER WITH NO GLOVES! I watched a guy on the pizza line, open a bag of cheese, throw the bag in the trash, SHOVE HIS HAND ELBOW DEEP INTO THE TRASH, then turn around to finish making the pizzas. Then a girl steps off the line, walk in the bathroom. A few minutes later, she exits the bathroom (without washing her hands) she jumps back on line to handle food. They were touching their faces, tables, boxes, etc & never a hair net, gloves, no hand washing, NOTHING! I'm mortified & disgusted. I'm NEVER feeding my kids from here again. I've warned all my extended family, friends & anyone else who'll listen. If you value your health, don't eat here. That's why they're dirt cheap, you LITERALLY get what...

They had no “hot and ready” so I pulled into the space they said to and waited. She told me it would be 10 minutes. It was longer, it usually is. I ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread. When I got home and realized there was no sauce for the crazy bread, I called up. I told the manager there was no sauce and he wanted me to drive all the back up there to pick up sauce!!!! I told him just to give me a free order of crazy bread next time I come in....he said “I can’t give out a bag of crazy bread just because there was no sauce!!!” If I owned that business, that’s what I would do! Anyway, I told him, “I’ll just use a different Little Caesars from now on. Have a nice day!” I’m sure the cost of crazy bread is minimal to make. But hey!
