Stopped in for the first time today since I was craving pizza- my son and I were not disappointed and will be adopting Mama Mia’s as our new go-to pizza spot! We started with the calamari, which was fresh, perfectly breaded, and very tender. Son got the kids pizza for $6.99, which equates to a personal pizza (6 slices). I had the small margherita pizza- both were equally fresh and delicious. Thin NY style crust but not greasy. The crust is the BEST PART in my opinion. Our server was attentive and made sure our drinks stayed filled. Again, we are so impressed and are so happy we discovered Mama Mia’s!

Great food, clean, family friendly, awesome service. My kids both ordered the kids pizza and the server gave them the option of making their own. They brought the dough to the table on the pizza paddle and the kids got to shape their dough. I thought that would be it! They then got to have the cook show them how to put on the sauce, cheese and toppings. My kids were so happy. I had a lunch portion of veal parm and my wife had what looked like a small load of bread that has mushrooms spinach and cheese in it... If I could give them another 🌟 I would.

I ordered the lasagne and a small pizza to go. I got home and was disappointed in how sparcely the pizza was topped but it was edible. The lasagne however was completely inedible. It was very sour like rotten tasting. I called to ask of I could bring it back and spoke to two different people who both said their lasagne is the best in the world and no one complains. Well I was complaining! I will never go there again. The salad is all white lettuce by the way. Very cheap ingredients for $34 lunch. Not good! Fed it to my dog. She barely ate 1 bite!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered from them last night, 2 pizzas and a Stromboli. The Hand tossed pizza was like paper thin, hardly any sauce and tasted like a piece of paper with some cheese on it. I processed to call them just to let them know I wasn't happy and got met with a very rude lady telling me she has 25 years experience. That was the response I got. I had originally asked for the manager. After arguing with me, she told me she wasnt the manager. I wasnt rude and was simply looking for some type of resolution. Needless to say she kept cutting me off, telling me I was wrong and ended up hanging up on me. After the phone call we realized the Stromboli we ordered was not cooked all the way. The dough in the center was still raw dough. Not cooked at all. So I put in the fridge and decided to take it back today and get my money back. They again told me Manager wasn't they and preceded to argue with me. Tell me I was wrong. There was red on the pizza which meant there was sauce and flipped the Stromboli over and said see its cooked. I left the food stopped arguing and they refused to give me any money back. I can't believe they treat their customers like this. I am just in awe. I have never had someone from any establishment treat me like that. I DO NOT recommend.

After response: I tried to add photos, it will not let me. I can not upload videos or photos. I am not sure why. Why don't you ask your cook who in her tyrant came up and took pictures. I have videos of the dough Stromboli that was not cooked. If you would like me to send them to you I happily will. Also, When I called the first night. I wasnt even really that upset just calling to let them know that it seemed really thin and not much sauce! I in no way was being rude or anything. I never asked for anything with the Supreme pizza. It wasn't my main issue. It was the pepperoni and in the end the Stromboli. Which could have been resolved if someone would have simply listened and not yelled at me and argued. I have owned a restaurant and listen to guest when they call to tell me something. I would never even think of telling them. We'll I have X number of years doing this. If someone isn't happy or satisfied it could be talked about. It could have been explained. Instead your team decided to yell, argue and scream at me. So don't come at me about next time I leave a review. I will be glad to post all pictures. Maybe I should try social media and add in even the picture of your cooks drink sitting in a prep area in...

Must of caught them on an off day.

Went in tuesday at 350 pm to pick up a chicken parm dinner i seen on their web sites lunch menu. Lunch menu is available 11-4. When i went in there was not a soul in there and the ladies looked at me like i was in the wrong place. She rang me out and said $13 an change. I said it was lunch time and i thought it was the lunch time pricing. She got really rude and said " i asked you on the phone if you wanted soup or salad when u said salad it made it a dinner menu price. I said well ok so me being full blooded italian and wanted to respect the lady, paid the full price also because this place got good reviews. She never smiled then gave me my change and i left...

Well here's the good part. I got back to hotel 5 mins away. Opened up the containers. One was a small salad it was fresh and good. 2nd was 4 garlic knots...dry and chewy like when you micrwave bread then let it sit. After eating all 4 i thought i would have to go back to mayo clinic for a jaw replacement. Last i opened up the main course. Good size piece of chicken. But a small portion of spaghetti which was cold. The chicken was just about warm...for 13 bucks i thought i was gonna get a real good italian meal. Then i put 2 and 2 together....the place was dead they wernt cooking anything fresh so they nuked my whole meal. And it was still cold.

So now being an Italian that was just screwed out of 13 buck and got a half ass meal, i called the lady. She just argued with me and said i (myself) didnt say i wanted the lunch menu...But it said LUNCH FROM 11-4. look at your website menu it says all the following item for $5.99 and chicken parm with spaghetti is there. So you saying cause you gave me a 25 cent salad it's now a 13 dollar meal.

She sais they never microwave food.....i ve had many garlic knots...and those were microwaved and spagetti was cold. That obliviously means it was made earlier in the day.

Anyways i posted a couple pictures of my meal. I would of gotten a lot more satisifaction going to McDonald's and putting the rest in my tank.

One last note after she realized i was calling to complain she just kept arguing with me and wouldnt let me get a word in. Ive worked in customer service/relations supervisor for 30 yrs...this is not a way to react to an unsatisfied customer. Who knows maybe business is dropping and they might be in...

So I ordered a pizza, same pizza I always order this particular time which I never order during the daytime cooks must be different. I even get my pizza delivered pay all the extra cost, ($33)the pizza gets there and it’s just oily for some odd reason very disgusting so I close the box and call the restaurant and let them know this time I’m not satisfied, then bring the pizza back to the restaurant, the old lady owner debates with me about how the pizza taste and how she made it right. I’m a paying customer and I order from mamas often because I stay around the corner, I tell others about there pizza because it is good, but this particular time it was awful because of the excessive oil. For me to be a frequent customer or just a customer you should aim to satisfy people who patronize with your business. She treated me very disrespectful wasn’t trying to be reasonable, wouldn’t exchange my pizza or refund me, she rather argue with me and lose a customer. She treated me like I didn’t matter that even made it worst because customers have feelings and we help businesses stay open, we should always be treat respectfully and fairly at all times. This will be remembered for one of my worst experiences at any restaurant. I was attempting to introduce this place to my co workers but it wasn’t prepared properly. Should have been a easy exchange...
