Title: A Disappointing Dining Experience at Twin Peaks
Introduction: In the realm of social dynamics, it is not uncommon for individuals to engage in friendly debates and negotiations when deciding on a venue for a gathering. In this particular scenario, a group of guys spent a considerable amount of time persuading their female counterparts to have dinner at Twin Peaks. After two months of relentless efforts, the girls finally agreed to dine at this establishment. However, the experience turned out to be far from satisfactory, as Twin Peaks failed to meet expectations with incorrect orders, cold food, a lack of beer, and slow refills. This essay aims to shed light on the unfortunate dining experience and the subsequent disappointment felt by the group.
I. Incorrect Orders: One of the primary issues encountered at Twin Peaks was the consistent mishandling of orders. Despite the group's clear instructions, the waitstaff repeatedly brought the wrong dishes to the table. This not only disrupted the flow of the meal but also left the diners feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The inability of the restaurant to accurately fulfill orders reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism, which is essential in any dining establishment.
II. Cold Food: Another significant letdown during the dinner at Twin Peaks was the consistently cold food served to the group. It is a well-known fact that the temperature of a dish can significantly impact its taste and overall dining experience. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff at Twin Peaks failed to ensure that the food was served hot, resulting in a lackluster meal. Cold food not only diminishes the flavors but also raises concerns about the restaurant's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
III. Lack of Beer: Twin Peaks, known for its sports bar atmosphere, is expected to offer a wide selection of beverages, including beer. However, to the group's dismay, the restaurant was out of stock on several popular beer options. This unexpected shortage not only limited the choices available but also disrupted the overall ambiance and enjoyment of the evening. A well-stocked bar is a fundamental aspect of any establishment, and Twin Peaks' failure to meet this basic requirement is disappointing.
IV. Slow Refills: In addition to the aforementioned issues, the group also faced a significant delay in receiving refills for their beverages. The waitstaff appeared to be inattentive and slow in responding to the diners' requests for refills. This lack of prompt service not only hindered the overall dining experience but also left the group feeling neglected and undervalued as customers. Efficient and attentive service...
Read moreWasn’t going to post this but here it goes. I had reservations for my birthday with about 15-20 other people. When we arrived (on time) the tables they had “reserved” for us still had dirty plates and had not been bussed off. At first I wasn’t that upset because it gave me about 20 minutes to catch up with friends who had come.
Fast forward to being sat down and started to order drinks. We had been there for all of 20 minutes and our waitress was already asking what we wanted to order for food, clearly we’re here for a birthday and aren’t going to be rushed out. One of the two waitresses was a sweetheart, but the other one seemed like we were bothering her with asking for refills and extra sauce etc. About 40 minutes after placing our entree order it FINALLY came out to both tables. We sat around for about a half hour waiting to see if the waitstaff was going to come over and sing or do anything for my birthday, instead we were met with our checks, never to see our servers again. So we took it upon ourselves to take the birthday plaque off the wall and take our own pictures since your waitstaff didn’t want to play their part. Waking up this morning throwing up 3 times wasn’t how I expected to wake up (especially being 9 months sober) when I got to work I spoke to a handful of coworkers who was there with me all complaining about feeling sick and basically shitting their pants all night/morning. $20-30 per person just to get sick!!!
I’m really not one to complain, but MAN am I disappointed that I was so excited to spend my birthday with my friends and the “hottest”...

First and last visit — very disappointing. Visited Twin Peaks on 7/27/25 at around 2:15 PM. This was our first time here — we actually changed plans from going to Chili’s when my wife saw Twin Peaks on the way. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake.
From the start, the experience was off. The hostess didn’t greet us right away — she finished what she was doing on her phone before even acknowledging us. Once seated, we waited at least 10 minutes at our table, and not a single waitress stopped by. What made it worse was watching two servers nearby actively engaging with other tables: one of them stood chatting and looking at photos with a group of customers for several minutes, while the other continued serving tables around us and never once acknowledged we were there.
Frustrated, we got up and left. While walking out, I called the restaurant hoping to speak with a manager. A staff member named Kylie answered and asked for my name and reason for calling. After I explained I was trying to share feedback about my visit, she put me on hold — then came back and said, “The manager is busy, you should try calling back in a few hours.” Unacceptable.
So now, here I am at Chili’s, writing this review instead of enjoying my first Twin Peaks experience. If management is interested in resolving this or hearing specific details about who was involved and where we were seated, I welcome you to reach out. I’d be happy to provide more...
