Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I can't even believe the audacity of this location. Something happened with my order that I requested to be delivered at 6:00pm and it was processed as an asap order to be delivered at 2:19pm and I noticed immediately and called to get my order updated before it was too late. While on the phone I was told it was "too late" and that my order was already been made and boxed up, mind you it had been only 5 mins since my order was placed. I have no clue how it is even possible to make a customized large pizza in only 5 mins, considering the fact it takes at least 12-15 mins to cook the pizza. I asked to please cancel the order and I would reorder but I was informed that they would just remake the order to be delivered at 6:00. It's about 6:15 and no order has shown up and I call to ask for an update and they informed me it was on the way and the driver "really slow". Sure enough my order arrives and as I was afraid, it was ICE COLD. Aside from being ice cold, the dessert looked to be eaten out of (see attached picture). I am fuming at this point, I couldn't believe they delivered the food from 2:00 after sitting there for hours, when they told me they would remake it. Now for the best part.... I call the manager and asked if that was the food from 2:00 and he made up some story saying the driver grabbed it by mistake, that I don't believe for one second. Then I say that the dessert looks eaten out of and he admitted to me it was EATEN OUT OF and they sent it to my house!!!! This is absolutely appalling and I will NEVER order from this location again and I suggest you don't either....

I’m the wife from Jake and I had to deal with mark who was condescending and treated me like I was nothing. The fault of the order was online but either way it’s fine if it’s my fault or theirs, but technically was online‘s fault. Marc definitely made my experience horrible. We just moved from Deerwood to the Mandarin area and I will never order again from there. I will be calling corporate on Monday to grieve my issue I had with Mark. I also will be placing a Facebook comment to my 4000+ followers to let them know how horrible the place this is with Mark there and his attitude. One bad review can go a very long way with me. I will tell you that much. Do not order from here unless you want your order to be wrong and them to blame you and have condescending attitudes as well. I myself will never eat at this Papa John’s again and unfortunately, this is the closest one to our new house. I do know that I would recommend Pizza Hut at this point or any other pizza place. Unless corporate deals with this this place will just go downhill check out the yelp reviews because it’s a 2.5 stars which is very low. Buyer beware! Be careful about giving this location your credit card information! They overcharged my credit card and will not return my money.

I ordered and paid online for an order that included wings. The location was out of wings so they called to let me know they would not be sending the wings and stated they already processed a refund for the amount of the wings. However once the charges posted to my account, it turned out they took an additional charge out of my account for the wings instead of returning it. When I reached out to Papa Johns about being double charged for items I never received, they sent me a screen shot of the order from their system and told me the wings were removed from the order. However the charge on screen shot they sent me did not match what they charged me. I sent bank statements showing that they overcharged me. They responded by offering me a code for a Large 1 Topping pizza and said their system doesn't allow for partial refunds. If that is the case, they could have at least returned the full amount of the second charge that was made on my card (without my permission), but they did not. So I overpaid by $18 for items I never received and they offered me a free item that costs $14...
