As always, the pizza is some of the best out there. Easy to order. Fast. Easy to pick up. The best which is why Papa John's is my go to for pizza.
My problem is this. We are living in very different times unfortunately. And doing our part to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus is a big part of our lives right now, like it or not. So when I go to pick up my pizza and there are signs everywhere on the door and windows about masks and one customer at a time to assure social distancing, I was thinking 'Great! Glad to see it!'. But when I get to go inside to pickup my meal, I see the young lady working the front counter with a mask under her nose and barely covering her mouth. Then in the back I see one of the young men working the prep line making the pizza's with his mask under his chin. Seeing that did NOT give me a feeling of anyone taking it seriously and apparently whoever was managing them didn't see any of this as a problem. And I see advertising talking about how there will be a label on your box to know once the pizza is in there, it is sealed from being open again until you get it home. Was no label on my box. And to be honest, that's okay. Just pointing out that if you are going to advertise something and set rules for all to see and follow, I think maybe you should make sure that your own employees are following them before anyone else.
Again, the food is great .... as always. And PJ's will continue to be my go to when I'm needing to satisfy my pizza cravings! ...
Read moreOn October 30, 2024 I ordered two specialty pizzas for delivery to my residence. This was definitely not the first time but will definitely be the last time. After the expected delivery time had expired, approximately 30 minutes, I checked the Papa John's tracker and I could actually see the delivery drivers location which was Trednick and Monument Road. This location stayed the same for another 30 minutes until I asked for texting updates. Soon thereafter, the driver headed my direction. Once she arrived, I met her at the door and immediately noticed the boxes were cold and were not sealed, the labels were sealed back. My wife immediately called Papa John's and informed them and was promised a $43 call back credit. I have since ordered through the online app two additional times and have spent nearly $100 since then. We decided to call tonight to receive our credit for the cold and unsealed pizzas and were denied our promised credit. Sorry you guys can't get it together but you have lost...
Read moreI ordered a pizza online for delivery and it said i had to wait 120 mins for it. I called to ask if this was the right wait time and was taken care of by a sweet young man named Dakota. Poor thing was so overwhelmed it clearly was a busy night they were very short staffed. I asked if I picked up if it would be ready sooner and he said it would be 30 mins. I ended up being placed on hold 3 times because he was trying his very best with the phones and people coming in. After all I asked if I could please cancel my order and he cancelled it. I want to give whoever owns this place a 0/5 stars. They should be busting their behind out there helping their crew and I hope they are. I do hope they get some people to apply because they can use all the help they can get.
