Sushi N Wok — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This used to be my favorite place to eat a few years ago. I moved back to this side of town and wanted to experience what I did before. Well, I didn't. First, whoever the girl was that answered the phone did not listen to me. I gave her my address requesting a delivery. Made my order which ended up being $5 more than what the menu was saying. She never gave me a delivery time or asked how I was paying. I ended up having to call back and give my card number. As I am waiting I receive a call back saying that she needed the expiration date on my card? She calls back again and says my card was declined. She gave me a number that I did not give. I gave my number again and 3 times it was screwed up and finally went through properly. I receive another call from her stating that I am not home....um yes, I am?? The same girl tells me my old address...that is not the address I gave to begin with. Who hired this chic?? Finally, food arrived and my soup was not clear soup but egg drop soup, i ordered clear soup. Was given an egg roll instead of a salad. The hibashi food was not hibashi but Chinese food! There is a big difference and I spent $30 with tip! They lost my business as I used to have food delivered all the time by them and it's not the same nor is the customer service. Very upsetting to...

So spent $50 on sushi last night with this establishment. My husband called an hour and 10 minutes before they closed and asked if they were still doing delivery or he would just pick up the food, they said delivery was fine and so we placed our order. An hour goes by so my husband calls and a child yells at him. He calls 4 more times and no answer so we sit there wondering if we should just dispute the charge. About 15/20 minutes later when we are going to just go to bed someone is knocking on our door. It’s now almost 10:30pm and we’ve been trying to get ahold of them for about half an hour. The driver just laughs about the situation when my husband mentions no one answering when people were clearly there plus our late food. They didn’t even discount it! I could have overlooked the horrible customer service but the food was disgusting. I didn’t even eat half, we threw a lot of it away. If you know my husband, you know he’ll eat anything. I have never seen him throw away food, last night was the first time. It’s obvious our food was ready by around 9:15pm but they waited until they cleaned up and closed to deliver it all while...

I love sushi and my daughter loves fried chicken wings so this was great. I honestly was not expecting great sushi but was sooo surprised by how great it was!!! I had a california roll and an eel and cucumber roll. I remember it being extremely reasonably priced. In the picture is the eel roll. I can't remember exactly but I think this was less than 6 dollars...quick blows my mind. I almost did not wat to dol .this post because when something is great, it becomes the place gets busy and the food gets more expensive but the fact that I.have been thinking about this roll for a week, I had to share. My picky daughter ordered chicken wings and chicken nuggets. She tasted the rice from my sushi and loved it. I ordered her a small white rice and she ate that, a wing and the nuggets.
