Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Mobile ordered and went to the store at 11:25 pm because the website says they're open until 1 am - all doors are locked, even though the lights are on and there is someone standing in the kitchen. One of three vehicles to pull up within a couple minutes of each other - with one more pulling up as we were all going next door to Wendy's. Their actual hours are apparently not common knowledge.

Edit: was in here again a few months later during the day with a few friends, and this place clearly has issues at all times of day. The employees at the counter is actually turning people away to order at the kiosk... even though she is standing there at one of the two unused terminals. As we waited for our food, we watched this unfold several more times as the lunch rush picked up. The 2 kiosk screens are right in front of the main entrance. I would give zero stars if I could! They literally tried to tell me the story of how my food was missing didn’t add up! I understand people make mistakes but I waited over ten minutes just for a manger to say she didn’t believe us pretty much and that it had been 45 minutes almost which certainly wasn’t true we got our food at 6:11 and realized it was missing like 5 minutes after we waited in the drive thru for like ten minutes to get to the window and then they pulled us to a spot which we waited another ten minutes like I stated before for a manger to come out and then she said she would just remake what we said was missing which was another 10-15 minute wait!OUTRAGED!!! Cashier Cheyenne is one of the rudest fast food workers i have encountered! Time and date of my reciept is 8:20am on April 26 today! The girl taking orders and handling them out the window with the blk hair. I simply asked for two things. She didn’t say hello. She didn’t say OK. She completely turned her back as fast as she could just so she could ignore me! Then shoves my bag at me and turns around as fast as she can so I couldn’t say anything that I needed it! A blonde girl stepped in and helped me out. If that girl hates her job so bad, maybe she shouldn’t work fast food or any customer service job if that’s how she’s going to treat customers.
